Living Areas

Upstairs, a second king bedroom with a cozy sofa is perfect for journaling. The queen bedroom offers access to a private deck. These guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:











Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide complimentary start-up supplies of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1 roll of paper towels, 4 kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid, and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. You'll only need to bring food, beverages, and condiments.



Required Fees include $235 Cleaning fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, a processing fee, a Coosawattee Gate Pass Fee (this covers you to be able to get into the Coosawattee gate it is not a physical pass), guest service fee, and 15% lodging tax.
