We do have a 3rd party vendor that rents out mobile scooters for our guests who have difficulty getting back and fourth from the casino. Check in was a nightmare. The person behind the desk fell asleep ( or passed out) several times. It took 45 minutes to check in. I was given a key and initially sent to a room that was already occupied. So I went back down to the desk. But queen highness behind the desk tried to deny checking me n and told me I wasn’t on the reservation. ( for that room. No I wasn’t. But I had my own reservation.) I was seriously worried I would not actually get a key to a room because no one else was there on duty. After another 10 minutes of explaining I got a key to a room. And it worked. Everything else was fine. Clean and a decent place to stay. It just shouldn’t take 45 minutes to check in! When I checked out in the morning I explained what happened. The manager listened. Stood up for the employee which is fine. She gave me $25 of Food credit on my room key, but I had just checked out and turned my key in at the desk. Ha! So so hanks for nothing. I hope that if you choose to stay here. You get better service then i experienced. Good luck 🍀

Liked the room, a little dusty, alarm was broken, but ok overall. Room service very good, I had a massage; excellent. Parking was confusing. Convenient to the Casino. Everyone was very nice and accommodating.

Quick and friendly check in. Clean room and very comfy bed. Very quiet. You just park on the 3rd level and go to the hotel desk which is on the 3rd floor. A lttle jaunt to the casino but it is all enclosed which it is not bad at all.

Poor service. Covid era rules, just for room service nothing else. You have to ask to get your room cleaned or towels changed.

The rooms are outdated and the furniture is old & damaged. Expected a little more from a Caesar's hotel. Our bathroom floor needed mopping. We got to our room late & just wanted to go to bed and not deal with it.

Our room was not serviced between a two night visit: no coffee or extra towels. Service fee was not identified in pricing. It was subtracted from our damage deposit taken at check in.

Hotel and casino were super clean Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Slots at the casino paid off and drinks were inexpensive. Only negative is that the casino and hotel are a pretty long distance from each other.

The staff were very nice. The food was delicious and having a non-smoking room and half the casino floor was great. My husband and I are both allergic to smoke, so having that was wonderful. The only thing I would recommend for improvement is that they include some of the newer games that are located in the smoking section in the non-smoking section.

Did not like the fact that there was absolutely no type of room serving on a Wednesday evening 730 p.m. amd it took 5 phone transfers to come to that conclusion.

The property was nice! However, the staff was rude. Charged early check in fee and he says it’s close to the elevator for my elderly mom but he was not honest! Booked two rooms and they couldn’t put us in adjoining rooms. Don’t think I’ll go back to this place again!

Too much cigarette smoke, it’s everywhere. Nothing to do except drink and smoke. Elevators are dirty and run down looking. I chose the wrong place. My fault for choosing a casino.
