« Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. »

The way the ladder is designed to climb up , makes it very difficult to climb up to the top! « I wonder if this hotel is understaffed. The staff who were there were very nice, but we had to get things for ourselves--more tissues off the housekeeping cart. Also, I said in advance I needed non-feather pillows, because I'm allergic to feather. No one switched the feather for foam before I got there, and then they only had one foam pillow to give me! (Which they handed to me in the lobby, so I carried it up myself.) »

« Check in was unfortunately late. There a dog barking in another room but the hotel quickly took action. Well located. I recommend as it was clean and the personnel was really professional »

« Good location, we walked to the Reds ballpark but there was also a cheap shuttle option right outside the hotel. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. All staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fine. Our room had a couple minor maintenance issues we didn't bring up until checkout but overall recommend for a budget friendly option! »

« Cool historic building with great views of the city. The room was just "ok." Hard floors everywhere in the room that left all of the kid's socks black on the bottom. HVAC in the room was hit or miss. Seemed like it would get a few degrees above where it was set before it would come back on. Made for a hot night with lots of waking up. Lock on the bathroom door was falling out of the wall and did not work. Not much of a restaurant on site. Do not expect to feed kids there. »

Très étrange d’avoir des chambre avec vue sur le bâtiment intérieur.
