« Lamentablemente, mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy negativa. Desde el primer momento, el trato del propietario fue poco profesional: se mostró poco dispuesto a colaborar, con una actitud prepotente y poco respetuosa hacia los huéspedes. La habitación dejaba mucho que desear. No ofrecía la privacidad esperada, las gavetas estaban rotas, el baño no se encontraba en condiciones adecuadas de limpieza y la puerta tenía un espacio considerable con el marco, permitiendo el paso constante del ruido...

This was never communicated to us and the sound was unbearable, my kids and I had to look for an alternative lodging because they couldn’t sleep. « What a spectacular stay we had in March 2026. Relaxing in your own pool after a long day exploring San Cristobal was a welcome treat. The place is spotless, the second bathroom is full. The taxi to the airport is ~5 minutes. I can't give a solid enough review for this place, and you should seriously consider booking it. You won't be disappointed. »
