Estimado Jaime, efectivamente tuvimos problemas con piezas de refacción para los calentadores de los 2 Jacuzzis. Lamentamos no haber podido ofrecer esta amenidad, Espero que todo este en orden la próxima vez que venga. Having a fan is definitely helpful in such situations, though I can see how a screen on the slider door would have been a great addition to keep bugs out while allowing fresh air to circulate. Desafortunadamente no estuve en la propiedad el dia de su visita, por lo que no pude atenderla personalmente.Nosotros anunciamos las villas que tienen AC tanto en la descripcion como en las caracteristicas de las mismas para evitar confusiones.La villa con AC estuvo ocupada la noche de su estancia, esta es la razon por la que no se le pudo ofrecer o realizar el cambio desde temprano.Le confirmo que su devolucion ha sido aprovada desde su fecha de salida.
