Flying out of town very early next morning

I needed a hotel very very close to airport and Hotels.com was able to lodge me for my one night stay and had to get up very early next morning to catch a flight. The room was just like I wanted and was checked in ahead of schedule.

Travel Lodge comming down

The place was old but very clean and I really enjoyed my stay. The restaurant had great food. To bad they are tearing it down in a month and putting in a car lot. The employees are disappointed and are out looking for jobs.

i would stay again but needs some improvement.latt

it was average hotel for the price we paid. the staff was frendly and the reastaraunt was very busy. people came to eat there without staying in the hotel. my kids had a goog time and the location in good. it is not far from downtown and a lot of stores and reastaraunts near by. pool could of been cleaned more often and al of the chairs were broke.

no les recomiendo este hotel

muy mal servicio no respetan el tiempo de entrega del cuarto previamente reservado, la limpieza de los cuartos es pesima la alfombra super sucia y olorosa el personal muy indiferente, en gral el hotel esta en muy malas condiciones yo les sugeriria iniciar con una remodelacion al 100%

Excelente ubicacion

El hotel esta muy muy bien ubicado cerca de lugares de mucho comercio y del aeropuerto, solo que deberian invertir un poco mas en el mantenimiento del hotel ya que las instalaciones son muy viejas, el los sistemas de drenaje no son eficientes, los colchones estan muy viejos y nada comodos, la limpieza es muy deficiente y huele a sucio y viejo. deberian invertir para renovarlo aun que incrementaran sus tarifas por que el hotel bien lo vale.....

Very good location!

The 2-room suite was very nice. But there was really no place to set up and use my Laptop. There was no desk, nor any standard chairs. I realize the suite had Wonderful additional accomodations: the kitchenette, the fold out couch, etc... But a simple table and chair would have been nice.

black mold!!

There was black mold in my room, the refrigerator didn't work and all my food went bad! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Don't stay here if you want to rest!

I was a bit disappointed with the facilities: old installations, very stained carpets, the yellow-ish towels smells like bleach, broken lamp over the bed... But that didn’t really bother me to the point of writing a bad review for this establishment as the rate on this hotel was pretty affordable to be on the north side of the I-10. The problem was when I was awakened at 2am by the people in the room opposite to me – sharing a wall. As most people who stays in El Paso, that was a stopping point on my way from Dallas to California, so I needed a warm and quiet bed to rest. Next door, they were partying like they were in Vegas: laud music, even lauder conversation where I could hear all the details and even identify that there were two men and one woman in the room. When I called the reception I was told that there is nothing they can do and the noise was not really this bad. Seriously? I was shocked they weren’t whiling to do anything to help my cause, so after two hours of struggling trying to sleep, I simply decided to walk out of the hotel in the middle of the night. I left the hotel at 4am and continued my drive. The hotel management? They haven’t contacted me as promised, so, really if you are a good guest, quiet, pays well, treats other with respect, don’t stay in this hotel. They don’t value guests like this. They really appreciate more the noise type of guests that spend all night drinking and partying. I guess that’s the reputation they want to have.

We will not go back

First nite no heat in room and no lights, cold water in showers room was across form a nightly church group playing loud music from a live band in a meeting hall close by . When we checked out desk clerk accepted our room key and did not ask us "how was our stay"?. One employee told me the lights went out in the city on Wed 2/20/12 as to why no heat yet after check out I went to another motel the El Paso Inn close by and the owner told me they had no problems withe the electricticy on Wed nite.We will never stay there again as we go down to El Paso 2 or 3 time a year. next time we will find another place to stay,

Loud Bar next to room

The hotel had a bar and resturant lounge right next to the room. They had karaoke in the bar with the doors open so we heard every song thumping in our room. I finally was able to fall asleep because I was so tired but if I ever go back to El Paso I will never stay in this hotel again.

Excellent hospitality with a warm welcome!The Hotel staff were always at alert to attend to all my needs and they gave me a free ride from the Airport to the hotel likewise back to the airport when I checked out.

A good clean motel for the price!

The room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly. It could use more breakfast items like more goodies and more food. The time should be longer...since we get up late and start the day late....keep the breakfast open at least til 10:00 a.m.

STINKS!

The room was musty and smelled as if a female had her period in the room. The bed stunk of smoke. The towels are not white or suitable for a hotel.
