The room has recently been updated which was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and cool. The bathroom was mildly dirty with some stains on the tub and some hair that was not mine or my husbands in the shower and on one of the “clean” towels. Overall our stay was good. It was quiet and a nice break from driving through the country for us.

La Quinta at Cielo Vista needs a total renovations!!! It’s disgusting. The toilet and tub are very dirty. The caulking around the edges are disgustingly! The place needs repainted and inside . Total renuvation of this property should be done ASAP! We put up with one night because of my points. I don’t understand why hotels under Wyndham are disgusting! Very embarrassing!

It's not easy to park. We had to drive completely around the property to find our room. There was only one way in and one way out. Ice machines were inconvenient. The lighting was dark and a light bulb was out, resulting in the lighting being even darker. No tissues in the room. The office claimed they were out. The wait time to check in was about 30 minutes.

Place was a dump. I was scared to touch anything in the room. There was pubic hair in the tub and hair on the floor. I found myself wearing PPE inside my room 109...thank goodness my tetanus/covid shots were up to date. Place is old and falling apart...needs a complete make-over!

La habitación que nos proporcionó la recepcionista fue la 201 se notaba que no estaba aspirada ni por dentro ni en el pasillo , el desayuno si son las 8 am ya no hay nada y no ponen más aunque los clientes sigan llegando, es una lástima como se ha degradado el nombre del hotel a un motel de pasó simplemente

Short version: extremely rude girl at the front desk and dirty rooms. Longer version: arrived late at the hotel after a day of travel and first the keys to the room (on ground floor) didn’t work. The girl at the front desk showed zero customer service, wasn’t apologetic or nice and gave us keys to another room, this time on the second floor. Since my husband was on crutches, I asked nicely if there were any rooms at all on the ground floor and she said no. My husband made it up the stairs very slowly only for us to find the room completely dirty, it wasn’t cleaned at all and even the comforter was on the floor. So my husband had to crutch down the stairs and we went back to the front desk where the girl was annoyed to see us again and had to deal with us, like this was all our problem somehow. We then got a room on the first floor! When I brought up the fact I asked about first floor rooms, the girl rolled her eyes looking at the laptop and mumbled “oh.my.god!” under her chin! Seriously, like we were somehow being unreasonable. We’ve stayed at highway hotels/motels before but have never had such horrible customer service or cleanliness issues. The room we ultimately got had decent sheets/pillow cases but bed skits were gross with particles on it, wall had splatter marks, floor was dirty with grimey parts and the tub was awful as well. Thankfully we only had one night here. We took pictures. Avoid this place at all cost.
