We stayed on a Sunday nite. Staff was polite. Sewer smell in the lobby. We had a problem with the TV that was promptly corrected. Only eatery in the are was Taco cabana which was walkable right across the parking lot. Food was hot and fresh. No one messed with our motorcycle trailer.

Very dirty carpet and bathtub, we found the room with no water or coffee even though it is advertised and we asked for it while checking in. Even the halls were dirty and had some light fixtures broken. Hotel could use a good cleaning renovation.

Receptionist 1st gave us a room where there was someone in there. We walked in and the person was sleeping. This is very dangerous as 2hat if it was a woman and we were some sort of creeps. When we wen to tell her she never apologized. She gave us another room and when we went upstairs the key card didn't open. When through this 3 times. None of the time she apologized or said anything beside OH. She seem to be in a hurry to get to the back room. She was not paying attention to anything she was doing at all. Never staying there again.

Bad coffe, really dirty utensils, the table napkins had a horrible odor My room was very clean and neat but it was not what I reserve or it was not what the picture said . Not great A/C

We just needed a bed so we weren’t picky but they could do better. Nobody at the front desk when we arrived. The shower was dirty and one bathroom light flickered on and off. Very poor soundproofing and super noisy (as late as three am in the halls and loud TV upstairs. Like I said not a big deal for us but it would be a drag for business travel.

The property was run down and it appeared to be under renovation and there was a lot of debris outside from the renovation in the back of the hotel. There was a vagrant man trying to get into the hotel while we were unloading in the middle of the night. I don't think anybody was paying any attention to that. I arrived at midnight and I waited for well over 20 minutes to be helped because of the line in front of me, but with no acknowledgment from the front desk clerk. He was polite but definitely not personable. Overall my room was clean and comfortable, but definitely not as nice of a Holiday Inn I'm used to. I will not go back if I'm in El Paso Texas.

Unlike most of the Holiday Inns that I've stayed at, this hotel was extremely run down. The second floor hallway sagged while while we walked to our room. The bathroom tile was loose in several places, including around the toilet. The bathtub looks like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time and the non-slip stripping had been scraped away. The airport shuttle service is extremely limited, operating from only 8 am to 3 pm which is very impractical for many travelers arriving in El Paso. Overall, the staff was friendly and probably limited by hotel policy in the level of service they can provide. I would only stay here as a last resort.

Do not stay here! If I were paying $69 a night I wouldn’t complain but for the price I paid it was ridiculous. Our first room had a non working a/c so we had to repack and move rooms. Second room was super noisy, bathtub was gross with mold and peeling tub surface. The worst was the middle of the night discovery of a non flushing toilet! We had to use the lobby bathroom for the rest of our stay which coincidentally was also non flushing and had feces floating around in it. We couldn’t find staff on the morning. When we went to get breakfast it was “closed for renovation” and the coffee they had left out was gray and undrinkable. It was all pretty unbelievable.

El lugar es cómodo, las habitaciones están limpias, las áreas para compartir están limpias y son bonitas, pagamos un extra para tener desayuno incluido pero solo había y par de naranjas, algo de agua caliente, café y avena en el mejor de los casos ya que cualquier persona podía tomarlo hubiera pagado o no… no había una diferencia.
