« Very nice great for a couple super cute and cozy only downfall was the busy road it was on was a little loud and if you drive a big vehicle not the best for parking we almost couldn’t fit in drive way but home was very nice and pet friendly so our baby got to come along »

« We loved Hummingbird Cottage! It was a lovely place to stay. We could easily unpack everything. The bedrooms were very nice and comfortable. The large front porch was a wonderful place to sit and relax. The entire cottage was roomy and very welcoming. John was a great host and so easy to work with. We hope to stay there on our next visit to Manitou Springs! »

« Location was perfect. The cottage is within 15 minutes of major attractions, grocery stores, etc. 6 minute drive to Red Rock Canyon, 9 minutes to the main entrance of Garden of the Gods. The full size kitchen with all newer appliances was very convenient. The cottage was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning was easy to use and maintained a comfortable temperature very well. Ample parking. We stayed for three nights and parked right in front of the cottage in the shade...

« Wonderful stay with beautiful views. The sound of the creek was instantly relaxing. Great location near plenty of restaurants, hikes & attractions. Excellent water pressure and the AC worked like a charm. The host and groundskeeper were very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Overall a wonderful experience! »

« Pretty nice place stay while in Springs. Hosts are very communicative and fast to answer any questions or concerns. Check in was nice other than getting caught in a small hail storm. Bedrooms were nice and clean. Bathroom was nice sized and kitchen basically ready to cook whatever you feel, just take your food. Will have to say though a carport woulda been nice to help check in. »

« The communication with the host was very easy and helpful. The check-in process was smooth. Everything was as expected. The location was great for us. We walked to downtown on a couple of occasions and drove to downtown as well. The neighborhood was safe. Having coffee available in the morning was a nice way to start the day. The fact that the home was pet-friendly was a huge plus. Checking out was as easy as the check-in. »

« The Hummingbird House is a small over garage apartment packed with large character. The vintage decor is a throwback to the good ‘ol days. The original hardwood floors do creek but that is just a fact of life for older hardwood floors. The cozy patio offers a quiet sitting area to observe nature at your fingertips. Excellent view of The Shrine of the Sun atop Cheyenne Mountain and its hourly bell tolls can be heard clearly. The sound of the flowing creek is very calming. Peaceful and quiet at...
