« The property is a 'mother in law cottage' attached to another rental property managed by the same owners. it is a very nicely appointed suite for two people, close to Cheyenne Canyon and about 1/2 mile from Broadmoor Hotel. The managers are very responsive to your needs. There is a coffee beverage station and a full kitchen with ample cooking supplies. I very much enjoyed my stay »

« Great rental property! Clean and comfortable beds, great location, cozy house. While one bathroom for 3 bedrooms can be more difficult, the bathroom was spacious and well equipped so we were more than happy. Likewise, the kitchen was on the tiny side but more than well equipped enough to do the job. The only downside was a lack of a stove exhaust vent and a knife sharpener but both were not too problematic at all. The host was also very communicative and helpful. Overall I would definitely...

« Met my needs and location was perfect - within a few minutes away from my son's home. The building is old and very small - the description was accurate. The host was great. Quick to respond and helpful. I didn't prepare meals there so can't comment on how the kitchen is furnished. The age and condition of the building I'd rate a 3 so don't expect too much. »

« Pros and cons, the location was great for us. It is on a busy street but we were mostly out back. The mostly enclosed back porch was filthy. Stack of extra chairs and a folding table were unusable. The dishwasher had old water in it and would not drain, we are used to doing dishes by hand but since we had a dishwasher would have been nice to use. On the other I alerted property manager of shortage of TP and there was a pack on the front porch in just a few minutes. I had been told there was a...

« Our hostess was amazing and responsive to our needs. The location was clean and quaint. There is a bit of traffic noise that doesn't get drowned out well with the bedroom right near the street, but not anything anyone can really do about that. So, those who aren't heavy sleepers, you may want to bring some earplugs or white noise. Otherwise, it was a great stay. »

« Host was friendly, place was decorated nicely and was clean. This was an excellent location, close to lots of local attractions. It was a little frustrating that we were notified of construction on the street the DAY OF our stay, which caused us to have to park around the corner on an alternate street and not have use of the driveway. Also, since there was no dishwasher, it would be nice to not be expected to hand wash our dishes when we pay a cleaning fee. »

« The third bedroom is really only a porch with a single bed. The bedding was dirty and had to be laundered before we could sleep on it. The light in the kitchen is super dim; we had trouble seeing what we were doing. The outdoor spaces had not been maintained, perhaps because it is fall, but it would’ve been nice to be able to sit out on the deck. Otherwise, the stay was fine. »

« Property is perfectly located. We were able to enjoy all of the points of interest. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were able to visit the Cliffs Cave Dwelling, Cave of the Winds, Seven Falls, Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center, and Garden of the Gods. We also rode the Cogway Railway which is a short walk from the home. We really enjoyed the hot tub, and the enclosure made it even more comfortable. This property checked every box and we look forward to returning! »
