Un bel hôtel dans l'ensemble, idéalement situé sur une magnifique plage, mais beaucoup de petits détails qui font qu'il est beaucoup trop cher pour ce qu'il est : literie au confort très moyen, oreillers très hauts et compacts et impossible d'en obtenir un bas, ménage très sommaire, petit déjeuner à peine passable, piscine mal entretenue (formation d'algues sur les parois ce qui ne donne pas envie de se baigner). Vu le prix très élevé pour les Philippines, on s'attend à mieux. Globalement moyen donc. Le fait que l'hôtel soit récent dans un superbe environnement avec un personnel sympathique remonte le niveau.

La plage lio beach a deux pas de l'hôtel avec plusieurs restaurants pour tous les goûts. Belle piscine. Petit déjeuner varié. Bien placé au calme loin du centre(15min) et sécurisé par des agents. Plus navette gratuite mais il faut s'y prendre en avance. Tricycles a dispositions a tout heure (payants).

The service is good. They have free shuttle bus for airport. Location is 20 min far away from city by shuttle bus(one per hour). No slipper or tooth paste in room. You have to buy from grocery store which is 3 min walking distance. Overall room is clean and nice.

Very expensive property for what it is. But the places in El Nido town are dilapidated and El Nido is pricey. The room is basic but clean, bathroom isn’t great. The breakfast needs substantial improvement it’s extremely basic for the money. The female manager floats around doing nothing all day, the rest of the staff are helpful. Overall I would stay again but felt this is a very basic hotel for £130/night. 100m from lio beach though which is absolutely beautiful and dead quiet.

Great place to stay
Stayed here for a few nights, lio beach was beautiful. Great location. Nice pool. The buffet for breakfast wasn’t the best but the food in the restaurants along the beach were fantastic. Rooms were nice.

Hotel is 10 minutes from El Nido Airport and free shuttle. Good selection on Restaurants around the hotel and beach is nearby. Free shuttles to downtown. All Staff are friendly, helpul and accomodating especially Romeo from the receptionist, Jade and JR the driver. Also, Keith, the nurse was so good to us, very helpful. Hotel is brilliant and room is clean. CONS: Swimming pool needs cleaning everyday, drivers to downtown should NEVER USE PHONES WHILST DRIVING PLEASE.

I liked the friendly and accommodating staff, even though they lacked training and managerial direction. I liked the property and location in general. The food was awful. Everything fried and more suited to a budget hostel. My wife is a hotelier GM and it appears that the owners cut operational costs such as food and experienced chefs in order to maximize profits. Likewise, there may be only one manager for several properties for the same reason. The design of the rooms and property focus on appearance rather than function. Ie; large tv mounted on limited table space instead of wall, bidet on wrong side in bathroom, no electrical outlet in bathroom for hair dryer, safety deposit box not attached to anything, improperly mounted bathroom faucet, some electrical outlets not working (usually a sign of defective wiring or installation - particularly at the key card breaker device)). Lots of water from rainfall spilling onto lounge areas and hallways due to improper or lack of diversion from roof water. The road to the resort is not paved and full of potholes. It even has a reasonably large tree directly in the center of the road in compliance with the ‘eco’ theme of the resort. Likewise, guests can expect to be ‘mosquito food’ as the resort does not want to spray them. This in an area at risk of dengue, malaria and other mosquito borne diseases. The staff also admitted that they captured a large poisonous snake on the property but had to release it.

飯店整體設備整潔環境都很值得!
房間整齊乾淨又大,28吋行李箱攤開不是問題 陽台看出去就是泳池吹吹風很舒服 飯店走出去就是沙灘餐廳很方便很放鬆 來這邊前一晚在科隆吃壞東西 沿路一直吐 吐到全身無力痠痛虛脫到發燒 沒想到這邊有醫務室 醫護人員超細心跟我們用英文溝通 開了藥跟補充電解質的水讓我舒緩 (只要有入住集團的飯店,開藥什麼都是免費的唷!) 也讓我在醫務室躺著睡覺休息 休息了一天 隔天就康復了 真的是救星! 出來玩如果不舒服 真的很折騰 很慶幸這有醫護人員 讓我後面幾天的旅程有美好的回憶!

It’s a self contained complex 15 mins from El Nido centre but wilth a free shuttle back and fo The rooms are nice and staff very friendly The beach and sea are lovely There are plenty of restaurants on site With the pizza amore scoring a 9 /10

Really nice property outside of town (20mins in a tricycle) in a new area which is nice and quiet. Near a beach and restaurants and bars. Really modern and nice inside, our room was lovely and the pool was also great. Air con smelt awful but that was our only issue. Breakfast was nice but not the best.

Underbar hotellvistelse! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is ok. Roads going there is awe full, hard to bring in full size luggage. If the roads were good and the room is not missing some items like a safe, the $148/night I paid was just right.

es ist egal, ob man im Adlao, Covo oder Kalaw übernachtet, die Zimmerausstattung ist die gleiche, da sie alle zur gleichen Investorgruppe gehören. Wer einen Pool von 15m braucht, dann Casa Kalaw, das mehr ist 100m entfernt. Die Nähe zum Flughafen fanden wir extrem praktisch, keine Sorge um Fluglärm, da kommen nur kleine Flieger. Nach El Nido gibts nen kostenlosen Busshuttle. der ganze Areal ist sehr ruhig, genug Restaurants vorhanden.

the walls of room is like paper. you can hear next doors chatting and at noise early morning on corridor.. breakfast area has flies and staff never seemed to care about it

Pleasant stay overall. The front desk personnel were always nice and helpful. The WiFi was good. The included buffet breakfast was also pretty good with different options everyday. The fooseball table and pool table looked pretty old.. There is a shuttle service to town but it only comes and goes hourly and they can only bring one full van per trip. There are quite some good restaurants around the property. Very quiet, serene, secure. Expect a very bumpy ride to the place.

Good hotel close to the beach. However, we had few issues in our room from day 1. We’ve reported it to the staffs and hopefully they can fix them for their future clients. Lack of toiletries supply in the room. Staffs in the reception and dining area are very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Menu for lunch and dinner in the restaurant should have more selections to attract people to dine in and make sure they are all available when ordered. We tried to order some on the menu but not available. Otherwise, we could have done in the hotel all throughout our stay.

不是很美好的住宿經驗
1.漏掉了我們的訂房通知,導致我們在現場等候確認很久 2.進到房間後沒有浴室地墊,現場也只先把泳池用的藍色浴巾給我們 3.地板的地墊也沒有補,隔天整理完房間,依然沒有補上,連浴巾都是昨天給的兩條藍色浴巾,沒有更換成白色的室內用浴巾 4.出海借用浴巾需要支付租金50 peso

新しく楽しみにしていたぶん、がっかりした。まだ完成されていないホテルである。ホテルの看板も作っていた。この状態でオープンすることに疑問。新しいだけで、床は汚ない。砂だらけ。ザラザラしていた。サッシの隙間などごみがたまっていた。グラスも汚ない。清掃が行き届いていない。ホテルの前が砂地なため、スーツケースを転がせない。誰も手伝ってくれない。スタッフの数が圧倒的に少ない。値段の割には、サービスが悪い。プール用のタオルが部屋で使うものと一緒。はあ??と思った。利点は、空港に近いだけ。このホテルにくるまえ、このホテルよりやや安いリゾートに泊まったが、断然そちらのほうが良かった。リオvillageになっているが、食事もおいしくない。このホテルのレストランも閑散としている。他の地区にはもっとよいホテルがたくさんある。地球の歩き方に掲載されていたホテルだったが、あの文面にだまされないようにしてほしい。

It was located on a eco friendly resort property that alone is amazing. Staff and food was great!!

Poor value for your money
The water in the shower never got hot and the water pressure was dismal. The ‘king size bed’ is two single size mattresses put together so there is a gap in the middle of the bed. I was told I would have a van pick me up at the airport and they never showed leaving me to be the only person left at the airport in the pouring rain. I don’t know what I would have done if I hadn’t known someone to call in El Nido and have them hire a van for me and come pick me up. There was no explanation when I asked what happened at the front desk upon arrival.
