« Chambre 1119 avec lit king size très confortable. A une vingtaine de minutes du centre de Dallas. Très bon accueil avec toutes les informations nécéssaires. Parking gratuit sécurisé. Très belle et grande chambre. Pas de coffre ni baignoire. Piscine et jacuzzi extérieurs non testés. Petit déjeuner buffet avec beaucoup de choix. Points négatifs : Situé au bord de l'autoroute. Mauvaise insonorisation ce qui fait que c'est bruyant en permanence même au milieu de la nuit. Offre "kickback" de 17h30...

They did not pick up the phone or respond to my text whenever I arrived. A stranger had to let me in. The apartment right above was consistently loud until after 4 am on top of consistent stomping and screaming whenever they’re home. They love to play music so loudly on the weekends that I can Shazam every song from below. Our apartment is not in the best...

« I was good with everything except the food. While it was good, it was ridiculously expensive. I got quesadillas, no protein - charged full price. Chips & salsa was $14! A pint of Hagen Daz was $14!!! Also, the bartender I had was very unresponsive, I practically had to flag him down. While I will stay at the hotel again, I will not be a patron on their restaurant & bar. »

« Staff could be more professional. They lied. I reserved a room since I had two rooms. I needed them next to or the same floor. I was told yes, and I was giving a room number to later find out my second room was on the 3rd floor. when I mentioned that I was giving a room number, the staff ignored me. I was on 229 the second room was supposed to be 230, instead it was on the 3rd floor. I asked for an extra blanket, I was told no. The staff were not so nice. »

« Just pay the extra few dollars for a better hotel because the small savings isnt worth it. The room we received was just horrendous and the staff were so rude. We came down at 9 am and the staff couldn’t even get me some juice for breakfast. I had to almost beg for a cup of lukewarm water and I couldn’t even get some dang ice cubes.
