Belles piscines mais pour le reste…
La station de Eilat n’a pas beaucoup d’intérêt. Les points positifs de l’hôtel sont ses 2 belles piscines mais attention elles ferment à 18h… donc impossible de se rafraîchir après une journée d’excursion à Petra par exemple. Le service, les chambres et le personnel ne sont pas à la hauteur d’un 4,5 étoiles annoncées. Hôtel plein, impossible de se garer, foire d’empoigne aux check-in et check out. La plage privée est de l’autre côté d’une route passante 2x2voies sans passage piéton et plage sans intérêt. La clim vieillissante ne fonctionne que quand quelqu’un est dan sla pièce donc quand vous reveniez la chambre est une fournaise. Pas de mini bar, ni de room service… bref notre séjour de 2 nuits a été plus que largement suffisamment dans cet hotel

hotel au calme verdoyant de palmier. tres propre. tres belle piscine. nous venons regulierement en voiture. plage a coté. reserve naturelle de coraux et poissons. ideal pour la plongée ou snorkeling. tres bon service et tres belle vue de la chambre. je recommande viviement.

Hôtel de qualité avec personnel attentif et constant. Au sud de la ville, pour ceux qui préfèrent le calme, loin de l’agitation de la ville. Bus face à l’hôtel, taxi rapide. Proche de la barrière naturelle de corail. Option spéciale pour le chef et la carte des vins (raisonnable). Et pour l’école de plongée à demeure. Il faut aller nager avec les dauphins !

Séjour fantastique
Très bon emplacement pour nager avec les poissons. La proximité de La frontière égyptienne et ses plages de coraux vous donnent des sensations extraordinaires. le petit déjeuner de cet hôtel est unique et exceptionnel.

Je suis dejà venue dans cet hotel le mois dernier et j'etais satisfaite de mon sejour . Cette fois ci il en etait tout autrement: Superficiellement l'hotel a ete rénove mais dans les details beaucoup de choses ne marchent pas. Quant au service, il est deplorable. - pas de cintres dans la penderie, il faut demander - il faitfroid on vous apporte un chauffage electrique cassé Pas d'eau chaude tout le temps, l'eau ne s'ecoule pas dans le lavabo, propreté mediocre, bruit lancinant dans la salle de bain, Ai commandé un plat au lobby, le plat pas encore arrivé on me demande si je veux payer ??? Ai effectué un massage que j'ai payé cash, pas de reçu, il a fallu reclamer plusieurs fois. Reception présente mais innefficace Bref très mauvais sejour, je deconseille !

Correct. Peu de matelas autour de la piscine beaucoup de russes. Big rush pour le petit déjeuner. Ce qui est grave. J'ai été débité 2 fois sur mes 2 cartes de crédit. Une pour le check-in et une 2eme fois pour le check-out alors qu'on m'avait assuré qu'ils allaient annulé la première opération.Merci de me solutionner ce problème.

BIEN : bon emplacement pour la plage et voir les poissons. Loin du centre ville bruyant. Bon buffet. PAS BIEN: chambres vétustes, plutôt bas de gamme, meubles abimés, moquette moisie, humidité, couloirs assez sinistres dans l’aile près de la piscine où nous étions. C’est un hôtel de gamme moyenne à basse, surpeuplé, avec hordes d’enfants en bas âge, il faut le savoir. Il conviendra très bien à des familles avec jeunes enfants, mais pas forcément à des couples ou des gens plus âgés.

Buffet de petit déjeuner délicieux . Confort des chambres correct ( draps trop petits pour les lits) et pour le troisième éventuel qui dort sur un canapé convertible au confort trop insuffisant. Accès plage en traversant la route. Très petite plage et peu d'attention portée aux transats et parasols.

super ... attention pas de service le midi mais p'tit dej super copieux internationnal et diner pas mal .... par contre attention aux resa avec enfants ... il a fallu qu on rajoute 150 pour 3 j pour notre fils ds notre chambre .... alors pour les budget serré ( il faut y penser) sinon tout est prevu pour les enfant de tous les ages 3 piscines ( dont 1 pour les nouveau né) . SERVICE AU TOP

A room next to the pool on one side and dive club on the other. Comfortable, clean, secluded. Excellent setup for us. Great helpful staff, very good breakfast. Definitely recommended. And a couple of great fish and seafood restaurants in walking distance.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff spoke English, were friendly, accommodating and helpful. Parking was included and on the hotel property. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend staying here.

Terrible check in experience, no staff support, bullying security not allowing check-in/bag drop with car temporarily parked in front, not blocking ANY vehicle movement. Had to drag bags from an adjacent lot to the hotel property making multiple trips. Insult to injury, my room was up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator, so yeah, unpleasant arrival.
