Petit hotel vaut moins que le prix demandé
Le directeur et le personnel sont tres aimables et a l'ecoute,l'hotel est situé en ville en face de la station centrale de bus et est bien situé,mais il n'est pas les pieds dans l'eau!! N'est pas adapté aux handicapés; ni aux poussettes,la propreté n'est pas son poing fort!!! Il est a un quart d'heure a pieds de la plage,il possede bien une petite piscine qui n'est pas ouverte avant 11h30/12h et ce jusqu'a 16h quand ils decident de l'ouvrir!! Il n'a pas de chaises longues car peu d'espace entre les portes des chambres et la piscine!! Le menage n'est pas fait automatique!! Et est a demandé a la reception Le ptit dej est tres simple mais suffisant Hotel que pour dormir ;la wifi pas terrible et la tele est ancienne

Salut, nous sommes un petit hôtel dans le centre-ville Il n'est pas indiqué que nous soyons sur la plage, mais à environ 10 minutes à pied. La piscine n'a été ouverte qu'avec un jour de retard en raison du jour du souvenir de l'Holocauste excuses

Très bon emplacement pour l'hôtel, les chambres sont propres. C est vraiment dommage pour le petit déjeuner, pas beaucoup de choix... Et nous sommes enfumé par les odeurs de cuisson.. Vraiment désagréable.

Thanks for the review. We would be happy if you turned to Kabbalah and raised your arguments before us and we would try to help. For breakfast a large selection of vegetables and salads and bourekas, egg pancakes and more.

Cozy, pleasant atmosphere, you feel like you are in a local environemnt there. The staff is extremely kind, very helpful, they called the bus station to help us find out about timetable of buses from Eilat to Dead Sea, (becasue timetable was not clear from the internet). The rooms are clear, large windows, clean and just the right size. The pool was not open in January, as it is " winter season".. we did not mind it as the sea was perfect for swimming, but make sure you check pool accessibility if this is important for you. It is literally 2 minutes walk from the Central Bus station, also the buses that run along the beaches stop almost in front of the hotel, and about 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach and marine walk. Supermarket and exchange office at the side of the hotel. Breakfast includes lots of local food, which is a big advantage as they are tasty! No coffee machine though, only instant coffee is served so be prepared to go to the nearest coffee shop for a good espresso. The plastic chairs in the breakfast area make it look a bit "cheap", but no other drawbacks really.

We stayed at a triple room, which is spacious. I like the extra bathroom at the each floor, which is convenient for our family of three. The location is good, walkable to the beach and other businesses. Unfortunately its free breakfast starts at 8am, too late for us as we had to leave for a group tour at 7:30am. It doesn't have an elevator.

I didn’t like this hotel at all. The staff was rude upon check in. There are people walking down the hall all night talking loud and yelling. Our room smells like a toilet and there’s a water leak. There are no more rooms available to swap to. Hotel management made no effort to try and fix my problems. Very rude manager and front desk clerk. Be careful they try to add extra charges on your bill without telling you. Overall wouldn’t recommend Red Sea hotel Eliat at all.

You arrived at the hotel as a couple and two children and booked a double room. It is not possible to book a double room for four people, so I demanded an additional payment for the additional people who were not included in your booking, which are the children. The hotel was fully booked but I got you a room for four.

Si vas de paso por la ciudad es Perfecto porque queda al lado del terminal. La mayoria del staff es amable . Pero allí trabaja un señor muy amargado que contesta de manera muy molesta. El día que me iba a ir le pregunté por el desayuno a las 7 am y se enojó porque era muy temprano, contestó de manera muy grosera y me dijo que era muy temprano para el desayuno que no estaba listo. Además necesitan mejorar en al limpieza de las habitaciones

Disappointing, you get what you pay for
Horrible customer service from the night clerk who checked us in. Not a word of English, rude, unprofessional looking, and claimed his credit card machine was broken and I had to go to an ATM to pay in cash. Could not provide any useful information about how to pay for the parking meters which were only in Hebrew. The room is extremely basic. Not much was going on in the area and we had to take a scooter or walk to get to the busy area at night. The one bright spot of the stay was the nice breakfast with lots of options.

Sorry you feel that way, This is a temporary employee. Regarding the room we are a 3 star hotel and therefore the rooms are basic. But if you had approached the reception there might have been an option to upgrade with you. Hope to see you again so we can fix the experience.

Disappointing meh Hotel
Rude and unfriendly staff, loud people up until late morning, door doesn’t properly lock, blow dryer is broken in the bathroom, not the experience I have hoped for.

מלון נחמד אבל רועש בחדרים בלילה
המלון הזה הוא די סיכון. בצד החיובי: למרות היותו ישן ודי בלוי, המלון קטן ונחמד, בסה"כ די נקי, ארוחת הבוקר די טובה, הצוות מאוד נחמד והמיקום טוב. בסה"כ ביחס למחיר, מדובר במלון ממש חמוד. חשוב לציין שאנחנו היינו כל היום בים בצלילות אז מי שמתכנן לבלות במלון אולי יחשוב אחרת. הבעיה הענקית של המלון הזה (למשפחות) היא הרעש. בחלק גדול מהחדרים יש פינות ישיבה (מאין זולות, פינות ישיבה, או אפילו "סלון") מחוץ לחדר. אנחנו קיבלנו בהתחלה חדר כזה עם חלון (דק) ודלת (דקה) לכיוון מאין פינת ישיבה גדולה כזו. בהתחלה זה נראה לנו נחמד אבל אחרי שעתיים ישבו בפינה הזו 15 אנשים, מעשנים, מדברים, צוחקים וכד'. בלי מוזיקה, בלי צעקות בלי כלום אבל החדר שלנו התמלא ריח עשן ומבחינת רעש זה כאילו הם ישבו בחדר איתנו (אם הם היו צעקניים זה היה יכול להיות הרבה יותר גרוע). למזלנו הצליחו למצוא לנו חדר אחר כיוון שהחבר'ה ישבו שם עד אמצע הלילה. בחדר החדש שמצאו לנו (שהיה מאוד אטום, בלי חלונות בכלל... אבל עם דלת אחורית לעוד זולה כזו) היה בסדר גמור בלילה הראשון אבל בלילה השני, ב 1 בלילה התיישבו שם 5-6 חבר'ה צעירים ודיברו (בקול רגיל) והעירו אותנו לגמרי. ב-2 הם הלכו למזלנו. בקיצור, למרות שזה מלון נחמד והמחיר אטרקטיבי יש בעיה רצינית של רעש שצריך לקחת בחשבון. בסבירות גבוהה מאוד ישבו מחוץ לחדר "חבר'ה" שבמקרה הטוב רק ידברו ובמקרה הגרוע גם יצעקו ובכל מקרה, אתם תשמעו אותם כאילו הם אתכם בחדר...

Poor service, no towels in the room, no phone to call reception and also the next morning who complained that there were no towels we were treated disrespectfully. I have never experienced such an attitude in my life.

The location is fine (few minutes walk to the beach, mall and restaurants), breakfast was great (dining room was simple but not crowded and food varaiety was more than enough). The room was fine too, the only down side was the acoustic isolation, it was terrible. I got a room with a connecting door to another room, and heard people talking eventhough they weren't raising their voice, if you are a light sleeper, this wouldn't be the best choice for you, IMO.
