« The street (and sidewalks) are noisy; people spending time in front of the guesthouse for whatever reason (locals). I was in Room 1, so my window was facing the street. Otherwise, proximity with the train station is great. The room was spotless. »

« Conveniently located near Roma Central train station, room was nice, adequate services, clean & comfortable bed, check-in was simple, staff were nice, first floor location, tiny elevator on-site BUT 3 keys and a room card to enter your room, communication via Whatsapp was poor, wi-fi was terrible, seperate communal kitchen and courtyard terrace accessible and stocked with the basics. »

« Super convenient location and nice host. Walkable to major sites like colosseum and metro right beside for Vatican City. Would stay again if visiting Rome. »

« Very close to Roma Termini, just a 5 minutes walk. A little worn down neighborhood. Checking in was very easy, the staff and manager were very friendly and helpful. »

« Close to the train station. Good location. Difficult to get in. The room is facing a street with a quite loud tram. Otherwise it was what was expected »

« Localisation parfaite, bonne communication. »

« We had to call a phone number because there was no one at the reception. The more important was to ask us to pay the city taxe in cash. Then we went to a room on the 2nd floor of s bilding dirty so this is not an hotel, it’s a group of fake hotel using rooms in a building. The room was clean and the bed was very good. There is a coffe, water, biscuit, keetle in the room. It’s a pity that this room was not in a proper hotel and that the building and the street was so dirty. Anyway if you need...

« Bon rapport qualité prix, bien placé »

« We stayed here for a few days and we will definitely come back again! The location of the hotel is great (walking distance from the main Termini station) and surrounded with alot of great cafes/restaurants/supermarkets etc.. The lady who welcomed us was very kind and the rooms were very clean. They included all equipment (hot water - hair dryer - shampoo etc..) and the rooms were cleaned everyday. »
