« There was an infestation of sewer flies in the downstairs of the property, perhaps due to a food recycling bin. Tiles in the bathroom had moldy grout. The walls were grimy. We have photos. Altogether, it had a dirty feel which is not what one expects for the premium price. »

« Loved it. Steps from the town center and 4 mins to the train station. It takes 15 min if that to get to Waterloo station which dumps you next to the London eye. Check in was simple thanks to the video. »

« Booked before it had many reviews and it was too late to book elsewhere. I used self-check in as I arrived after 5pm, and every toilet was out of toilet paper. I wasn’t provided with any until the next morning as there was no one at reception until 11:00 the next day. The room didn’t have a bin either which makes rubbish management difficult. I was also never given any information on whether the plates etc. were for use by anyone or of they belonged to permanent residents. Check out is at 11...
