You will have access to the entire basement suite. The upper level is a separate rental and is available to be booked as well - but the guests in each suite do not have access into each others units.

Welcome to our charming basement suite in the heart of Edmonton's desirable Ottewell neighborhood. This spacious and inviting retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it ideal for families, friends, and anyone looking for a relaxing stay. With two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus a cozy twin trundle bed in the livingroom—our suite comfortably accommodates up to six guests. You’ll have everything you need, including a full bathroom and access to a shared laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.

Outside, you’ll find a fully fenced backyard, perfect for unwinding in the fresh air. The space is equipped with patio furniture and a BBQ grill, making it easy to enjoy outdoor meals or simply relax with a cup of coffee. If you’re traveling with pets, they are more than welcome to join you in this pet-friendly home, so the whole family can enjoy their time together. Please just note that this is a shared space so we ask you are recpectful of other guests.

Parking is available for free at this home. In the back of the house there is a large parking pad and double detached garage. Out front is street parking which is available on a first come, first serve basis.

This is the basement suite of the house and is a separate rental from the upper floor - so you may hear other people in the upper level, and see other people at the property around the exterior. If you wish to inquire about the main floor suites availability, please let us know and we are happy to share the link.

All guests and pets (staying or visiting) must be included in your booking. Unbooked guests, visitors, pets, or parties are not permitted. While we are pet-friendly, please note cats are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in a $500 fee per cat. If you’re bringing a pet, request our pet etiquette details before booking to understand expectations.

A pack-and-play and high chair are available upon request.

Please refrain from using the property address for mail, as we cannot access the mailbox. For deliveries, ensure door drop-off or depot pick-up arrangements.

Our cancellation policy is as posted. For added protection, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.

For stays of 30 nights or more, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning every 30 days to maintain a comfortable environment.

We cannot be responsible for personal belongings left behind. Please check thoroughly before departure.
