L'Edmonton Inn est situe au nord ouest du centre-ville sur le boulevard Kingsway. A distance de marche de la gare Via Rail et du terminus Greyhound. Pres du musee de l'aviation. Tres grand stationnement. L'autobus 12 vous apporte au centre-ville rapidement ou vous pouvez marcher jusqu'au NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) et prendre le train leger, tres pratique pour vos deplacements au centre-ville. Rogers Center et Stade du Commonwealth egalement acurte distance en transport en commun. Vrai centre de conference avec multitude de chambres dans plusieurs batiments. Buffet dejeuner a 15$ qui comporte un grand choix d'aliments frais de tres haute qualite jamais vu ailleurs (fruits frais et secs). Chambres grandes mais ne ressemble pas a la photo incluse (plus veille et le bain montre son age). Bon choix pour la localisation mais ma chambre semblait desuete.

While I was the only one checking in, the two staff at the front reception were sitting talking to each other discussing what time they expected to get off, stapling other paperwork, and didn’t seem focussed on checking me in. It took 25 minutes to get my room card. The hotel was older. The elevator button was coming off the wall, the bathroom had some weird mildew smell and the walls were paper thin, which didn’t bode well when the neighbouring unit got home from the bar at 2am. Good price, but I think I’ll pay extra next time not to stay here.

The bathroom was not properly cleaned. There were pee stains on the floor and the inside of the toilet. Called for housekeeping, although she was very nice and she thoroughly cleaned it for us, it took her about 15-20 minutes to get there which means we couldn't use the bathroom for that long.

The rooms smell horrible. They are very old. Bed makes sounds, no proper lights in the room except for lamps. I called to change my room, put on hold for 20 minutes then asked to give a call back. Waiting for the call now.

The pictures definitely differ from the room I got. I was put in an old, run down room with one double bed. The decor was outdated like something from the 80’s and the room smelled of cigarette smoke.

So many issues with this stay! The TV did not work that night. In the morning I went to have a shower and there was not any hot water. After having a cold shower, I called down to let them know that there was no hot water. When I went to check out and asked for a refund due to the issues, staff were rude. The woman told me I should have called down and stated there wasn’t any hot water, to which I replied I had. She then informed me I should have waited for the hot water to work? I explained not everyone gets up an hour early in preparation of there being no hot water. When I tried to call the manager after he was on shift, I only got his answering machine to which I left a message. He never called me back. This was certainly not worth the money and there are many better places to stay in the city.

Stayed twice in a 1 week stay in Edmonton/Red Deer. The hotel is dated but the rooms are large and clean. Very close to Norwood Seniors hospice. Needs better meal options but the free parking is nice too. Good stay in general.

Dated hotel that seems to host a lot of conferences and visitors of the hospital. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was large with large heavy furniture that was really comfortable and felt very spacious.
