Our apartment is close to the City Centre and Leith. An ideal base to explore the City. This is a large spacious flat and we have added some lovely touches to make you feel at home and have decorated to a high standard. Being in such a central location there are many bars, restaurants and cafes and most of these are within a very short walk away.The flat is very close to the city’s transport links, including Waverley Station, bus station and airport shuttle. The whole flat - there are 2 bedrooms, one with en-suite and then a separate bathroom with shower - therefore each bedroom has its own private bathroom.
Very large sitting/dinning room. Spacious kitchen - washer/dryer is available to use.
Dishwasher too to save the dishes.
The whole apartment will be accessible to you - there will be no other guests here during your stay.
As mentioned above, you can use the on-site gym free of charge.

This cosy two bedroom apartment consists of one large king size bedroom with large en-suite shower room and a further double bedroom with separate bathroom and shower.

Very comfortable large living room with dining room area. Living room has a large flat screen TV with net-flicks. There are 2 comfy sofas and a chair in the sitting room, perfect if you just wish to relax.

The large modern kitchen is well-stocked with everything you require to cook and enjoy your food in the dining area.

The well-designed en suite shower room has a shower and we provide a good quality hairdryer, so you can travel light. Each guest has a set of towels.

The separate bathroom also has a shower.

There is free onsite parking, you can park anywhere in the development, and if required we have underground car parking.

To make your stay even more comfortable, there is free fast fibre optic broad-band included.

The apartment, has been recently renovated, clean, modern very spacious and is very warm as stone built.

We provide towels and bed linen.
