Rose street is fully pedestrianised, so you can step out and easily walk to your destination. We are minutes from Princes St for High street shopping and George street for your designer brands. We have personally thought through all of the amenities in the flat and hope to provide you with a high standard of all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.

As a self-catering flat you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a freezer and a microwave with a starter pack of coffee and tea. Linen, towels, essential toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more comfortable and relaxed.

The house is a perfect place to relax when you’re needing to put your feet up, and offers television and internet access.

This house has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 3.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. The second bedroom contains a single bed. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.

- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11.00am.
- Please note that a late check-in fee may apply for arrivals after 9:00 PM. We kindly ask that you get in touch with us before proceeding with your booking.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is no parking available at the property, but being so central you don’t need it.
- A washing machine is included for your use.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
