Un labyrinthe de piliers, une vieille ferme, un chĆ¢teau au sommet d'un volcan, de petites ruelles pavĆ©es datant de 400 ans, des pubs historiques et de vieux restaurants Ć©cossais, des bistros et bars branchĆ©s, des visites guidĆ©es, des cathĆ©drales, des Ć©glises gothiques ... et bien sĆ»r Princess Street avec tous ses magasins et attractions Ć  5 minutes Ć  pied du monticule (de l'autre cĆ“tĆ© du volcan!)
Se dƩplacer:
Vous êtes au coeur de la ville, les bus partent du Royal Mile, de même que les taxis et les services de bus locaux et UBERS sont bon marché et j'ai un code spécial pour les clients (demandez-moi). La gare de Waverley ainsi que les bus et les tramways de l'aéroport sont à 5 minutes à pied.

Another person mentioned this property is not worth the price. I completely agree. The listing is misleading and does not reflect its current condition. Several amenities advertised, including Wi-Fi, were not available during my entire stay. The space also showed significant wear and tear and clearly hasn’t been properly maintained. It is not worth the price being charged. Check-in was confusing, and key collection and return was inconvenient and unnecessarily far from the property. There were also persistent unpleasant smells coming from the bathrooms, which are directly connected to the bedrooms. There are big, beautiful windows in one room, yes, but don’t be tempted. I regretted my decision to stay here. I would not recommend booking this property, as there are far better places to stay for the price, trust me on that.

The apartment is in an excellent location and was very clean. The property manager was easy to contact by phone and messaging and gave prompt responses. The house manual was very detailed. Some minor issues - the radiator in one of the en suites didn't work so the bathroom was freezing and there was a drains smell at times in both en suites, both these issues were reported so hopefully will be fixed for future lettings. An initial problem handing back the 2nd set of keys but was resolved quickly.

Let me say that the apartment was very nice, and clean. But the entry, hallway, and stairs leading to the apartment were very dirty. Th carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months, and plaster was crumbling off the walls. The property manual was outdated, with instructions for tv and washer that were not even the same brands. So we couldn’t use the tv. I emailed the property manager several times about these things, but got no resolution at all! The apartment is above a restaurant, and the smells were overbearing. I have used VRBO numerous times and have never given a poor review, until now. I would never stay there again.

Perfect location for exploring the heart of Edinburgh! Check-in process was a little clunky, but property is fantastic and very clean. Restaurant below is a bit loud in the evening, but nothing a fan or sound machine can’t drown out. Side note: the restaurant below is delicious!!

Centrally located in old part of city. A bit of a hassle to get keys to the property - had to pick up keys 6-8 blocks away. Not convenient with luggage. But the location makes up for it!

The property description needs to be added to…the flat was in an apartment bldg, but their wasnt any mention of which flat it was…also the top lock was sticky and we had a horrible time getting in the first time and then we didn’t use the lock again our whole stay…the internet name and password provided in the flat was incorrect and required another call to the property management

This was the most incredible property. It was around the corner from the Royal Mile; perfect location. The flat itself was incredible. Spotless. Modern. Fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, knives, etc.) and state of the art appliances (including a microwave). There were hair dryers in each bathroom. Linens and beds comfy. Management super responsibe!! The only slight hassle is having to pick up the key at another location, which is not that close, especially if you have a lot of luggage. It meant two stops with the taxi. But, this was the best property I have ever stayed at.

The location is perfect for visiting the castle, the museum of Scotland and local attractions. You can easily walk to most places. There is one steep hill if you arrive by train. We took a taxi from the train to the apartment since we had our luggage. They only offer instant coffee here. No true coffee pot. Only a water tea/coffee pot for hot water. We soon found a Starbucks to get a decent coffee. Yes, we do enjoy our morning coffee. Overall this is a great location. We enjoyed our visit.

Lovely spacious apartment, well-maintained and clean. Disappointed that the TV sound system seemed not to work so the TV was pretty poor. Had to replace bulbs in two side lamps in the sitting room. Kitchen could do with some more baking trays and tins for people like us who like to cook at home. Some basic store cupboard ingredients would also have been appreciated, as, when one staying for 3 nights, one doesn't want to have to do a full shop. Eg. No kitchen roll, only one tea-towel, no oven gloves. A welcome hamper of at least a bottle of water and a pint of milk etc. would also be a nice idea. Very odd that you have to collect the keys from a key box tied to a lamp-post some distance away - and not ideal when arriving with heavy suitcases. Management should look at these suggestions to make guests's stays a little more comfortable. That said, the apartment is ideally located and very comfortable for a short break.

This Apartment was awesome and was a block off Royal Mile. The management office was a few blocks from apartment. The only criticism, the property has no parking and the nearest parking garage is approx 1/4 mile away.

An absolute pleasure staying there. Just note that although its a short walk from Waverly, its hill-y. Id highly recommend taking a taxi if you have luggage. Loved my stay there and loved the viewing!!

Very clean in a great location, right around the corner from the Royal Mile. Check-in is a bit unusual as you have to open a lockbox attached to a parking sign outside the building, but all went just fine. Would recommend to anyone wanting to be near all of the action, as well as the castle.

A beautiful, bright, spacy apartment within walking distance of everywhere. Two double bedrooms with comfy beds which we will sleep more in next time! I stayed here for the Fringe festival with my two daughters. great location, easy to find, secure, and while in a busy area, the building was quiet so we got to rest after each day walking a lot. Great kitchen which sadly we never used as we ate out all the time. Host was easy to reach and kept in touch with us. Perfect.Will definitely return!
