I had an excellent stay of three days at Leonardo. All the staff was very kind and friendly, the room always well cleaned, and the bed comfortable. It was a lovely stay to spend my birthday. Thank you all, I do recommend and will go back there for my next coming !

Hôtel correct
L'hôtel est bien placé pour découvrir la ville et rejoindre l'aéroport. Le personnel est, dans l'ensemble, serviable. En revanche, la propreté dans les espaces communs et les chambres laisse vraiment à désirer (tâches sur la moquette et les rideaux, au plafond, joints de salle de bains noircis...).Geste commercial apprécié : quand nous l'avons signalé lors du check-out, le stationnement à 10£ sur le parking de l'établissement nous a été gracieusement offert. Reste que l'hôtel mériterait d'être rafraîchi et le ménage fait de façon plus consciencieuse.

Un bel établissement à l'intérieur, avec un personnel agréable et disponible, une jolie décoration au sein des chambres ainsi que dans la salle de bains, un lit très confortable et des draps doux. La localisation est un peu excentrée, à plus de 20 minutes de la vieille ville, des travaux partout autour de l'hôtel malheureusement lors de notre séjour. Mais il y a une magnifique cathédrale à deux pas, à faire absolument.

Poor value for money, bedroom carpet was stained by what looked like bleach, bathroom smelt of mould and the water pressure in the shower was very poor.......also incredibly noisy with a building site directly across the road and very noisy bars in the vicinity very difficult to sleep a very disappointing stay

Just needs an update. For as much as it costs it could really use a renovation. Dirty hall carpets are not what you want to see when walking to your room the first time. Staff was excellent! Location is ok as long as you like to walk (we do).

Claire at the reception desk was personable, professional and a great ambassador for this hotel. Bravo! The room was a good size, everything was steps away, the restaurant was lovely.

Super friendly staff, convenient downtown location to sites and dining. Good breakfast. Only bad, the tub/shower had really tall sides and no safety bar to hold onto getting in and out.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr gut- man kann die Innenstadt ganz einfach zu Fuß erreichen und hat viele Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und ist auch direkt beim Stop "Haymarket" von wo aus man den Bus zum Flughafen nehmen kann. Das Hotel ist in Ordnung, etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht allzu sauber, aber es ist okay. Das Personal ist überwiegend nett, jedoch hatten wir auch 2 etwas unangenehme Situationen. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Im Großen und Ganzen hat alles gepasst, die Lage ist sehr gut und für ein City Hotel hat man alles was man braucht.

Property was clean and rooms were spacious and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable although pillows were not (in my opinion, I realize this is subjective). Water pressure was good and hot in the shower but it was not easy getting in and out of the tub the way it was positioned in the room. The main negative for us was that it wasn't really in close walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. When we got back from touring each day and were too exhausted to go very far, we ended up eating 3 nights in the hotel because it was the line of least resistance. The restaurant was nice and reasonably priced, however. Overall a great find and the most reasonably priced for that immediate area.

We had to wait around 10mins for someone to come to reception to check in even although we had checked in online we still needed to collect the key. Room was lovely and clean but a bit dated. The shower only trickled. All In a lovely stay and did the job for a night. Beds were nice and comfy
