Vraiment chouette
Un séjour agréable dans cet hôtel malgré la petite taille de la chambre (à 4 on se marchait un peu dessus). Personnel sympa et réactif. Buffet du petit déjeuner parfait!

The Holiday Inn Express in Leith, Scotland was clean, the staff was friendly. Puplic Transportation to and from Edinburgh center was avalaible within walking distanct from the Hotel. My wife and I enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it to others looking for afordable Lodging in the Edinburgh area.

Excellent property in a very convenient location. Room was a good size and well appointed and the tram stop was located just across the road, making it convenient for easy access into the city.

The staff were excellent - really helpful, friendly and efficient. Our room was spotlessly clean, the accoutrements were replenished every day and the amenities were modern. Breakfast was a well presented, well organised event every morning - hot fresh tasty food, plenty of fruit and pastries, and juices/hot drinks. The only slightly annoying thing was the main elevator seemed to be in favour of the upper floors, not the ground floor, but there was a second lift around the corner so it was no real problem.

Visiting Royal Yacht so excellent location, (I've been a few times to this holiday inn) excellent service by staff Particularly Kirsty who helped with one of my party who was wearing an arm sling

The Shore area and its bars and restaurants are in easy walking distance and the tram stop is just across the road. Staff are friendly and helpful and the bar is a pleasant place to round off an evening.

I wasn't sure what to expect but this Holiday Inn is one of the best run hotels i have stayed in. I mean everything just gels here. The staff are quite honestly astoundingly good. From walking in the door they were warm and friendly and just so welcoming. The room was spotless, including tea/coffee making things. And the breakfast is wonderful. 10/10 to all of you we will be back for sure.

A great hotel for our family of 4. Breakfast included in the price, which was a great bonus! The staff were friendly, helpful and kind. Easy check in and check out, plenty of parking. Great location. On princess street within 20 minutes, using the tram. Room is small but ideal for an overnight or weekend city break. Would go back again.

Great location, friendly service.
Great location just across from tram stop. Easy to get to and friendly welcome. Breakfast great, efficiently done, staff all appeared to be on top of things. Whilst £5 off parking was appreciated I would expect with the cost of hotel, for parking to be free but option of free parking across in Ocean Terminal was offered.

Weekend Trip to visit family
Parking and check in quick and straightforward. Room was fine, plenty of room and clean, just a little tired looking but totally acceptable Great location for us with good transport links to get around without having to worry about parking We had read a lot of reviews about breakfast queues. Despite going at 9am both days we were seated straightaway. Staff all looked very busy, perhaps they were short on the first day as some items needed replenished but they were definitely trying their best to keep on tops of things.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was comfortable and clean. The only drawback was the limited parking. Overall though it was an excellent stay.

Clean spacious rooms
Beautiful hotel, very clean rooms, big and bright. Quiet but close to everything. A lot of workers staying overnight but very quiet leaving early in the morning only problem with them was they parked in disabled parking spots! (Hall carpet was a bit dirty on second day so only 4 stars because of that)
