Superbe appartement géorgienne au coeur du centre ville de Edimbourg.

L'appartement est joliment dĂ©corĂ© et est rempli de tissus Ă©cossais, des peintures originales Ă©cossaises et dessins, des couleurs chaudes et des tas de personnalitĂ©. Il est une excellente base de dĂ©part pour explorer Edimbourg Ă  pied, et une fois que vous ĂȘtes Ă©puisĂ© par une journĂ©e de shopping ou de tourisme il ya une cuisine fabuleux dans l'appartement et un poĂȘle Ă  bois pour une nuit confortable dans. Pour les plus Ă©nergiques simplement vider les sacs, obtenir les «oripeaux» sur et marcher quelques centaines de yards Ă  quelques-uns des meilleurs bars et restaurants que Édimbourg a Ă  offrir. AprĂšs quelques nuits ici, vous ĂȘtes presque certain de se sentir Ă©cossais et vous ne serez certainement pas envie de partir!
Vous entrez dans le 'escalier partagĂ©e »traditionnelle au niveau de la chaussĂ©e et de faire votre chemin jusqu'Ă  les originaux, des marches de pierre Ă  la porte de l'appartement au 2Ăšme Ă©tage (en haut). Il ya deux chambres; un trĂšs grand et un grand. Les deux chambres peuvent ĂȘtre mis en place soit comme lits jumeaux ou lits doubles (taille Super King et King size). Les lits sont naturellement standard 'HĂŽtel de luxe'. La chambre principale dispose d'une belle coiffeuse avec un miroir grossissant Ă©clairĂ© pour les dames.
Il ya une grande salle à manger cuisine trÚs bien équipée avec four, plaque de cuisson, micro-ondes et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer un festin! Il comprend également un lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et la radio numérique.
Le salon est joliment dĂ©corĂ© et dispose d'un poĂȘle Ă  bois et cheminĂ©e d'origine brĂ»lant. Il ya le wifi, la tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble numĂ©rique et un haut-parleur Bluetooth pour votre divertissement et le panneau latĂ©ral est bourrĂ© de jeux de sociĂ©tĂ© amusant pour une nuit animĂ©e! Il ya aussi un canapĂ©-lit disponible dans le salon pour les grands groupes.
La salle de bains est une piĂšce chaleureuse et accueillante avec sa grande baignoire, grande pomme de douche traditionnelle, dalles de pierre, des couleurs chaudes et la trĂšs importante chauffage au sol!

    Tout Ă©tait parfait ! L'appartement en lui-mĂȘme, la propretĂ©, les attentions du propriĂ©taire Ă  notre arrivĂ©e : fleurs, fruits, lait ,beurre pain. TrĂšs sympa. La situation aussi, on a pu tout faire Ă  pied. Et puis Edimbourg est une ville magnifique, trĂšs conviviale. Nous avons vraiment apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour. Je recommande vivement cet endroit !

    Great accommodations and close to everything!

    Had an amazing time with clan. We were 5 adults staying in this flat and it was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Extra touches as we checked in were really a nice touch (milk, butter, bread and fruits). Communication Was easy and the host was very accommodating. Would recommend 100%.

    This appt was absolutely great. Excellent location. Clean , equipped with all y need and more. Property manager Maciek and his wife Ania excellent/ helpful / gave us info where to go and eat , they let us in earlier to leave our bags . It was 5 of us we all had our bedrooms with privacy. Clean comfortable bedding , welcome gift / butter bread milk / . Heated floor in the bathroom only issues lack of hot water on our last day but we notified management right away. Please book this appt for larger group you will not regret it. 3 pubs on the ground floor location excellent. Airlink bus stops 5 min away. Nice street. Very easy to navigate. ,,, 2 sets of keys so u don’t have to worry for your party if they want to come home earlier. Once again thank you for such a great time and place. Maciek and Ania you guys were awesome. 1000% recommend this place

    Love the location of this property. We went to Teuchters across the street for beer, Cullen skink, and sticky toffee pudding and to Fox & Co Catering next door for delicious coffee and a full Scottish breakfast. Walkable to Dean Village and along the Water of Leith walkway to Stockbridge, as well as to the castle and the Royal Mile. There are also several bus stops nearby. Not far from a Tesco Express to stock up the small fridge, but we were provided with milk, butter, bread, and apples when we arrived. There were a few espresso pods as well, so we were able to have a quick coffee and bite to eat in the morning. The bedrooms are large and my son didn't complain about sleeping on the pull out sofa (maybe because he actually got his own room for once!) so it must not have been too uncomfortable. The shower is nice, but the bathroom does seem to have some moisture issues. Some of the stairs in the entryway have been worn down over time and require careful navigation. Overall, we really enjoyed staying here!

    We were blown away by this rental. The space was exceptionally clean and equipped with everything we needed for our time in Scotland. It was centrally located and easy to get around the town. We loved the overall layout of the home. It was so nice for our family to be able to spread out after long days. I appreciated the welcoming gifts of bread, apples and chocolate. And, as silly as it may sound, it was nice to be able to keep up with laundry while on vacation. We purchased some towels locally, but if you do use a face towel to clean your skin at night, plan to bring some with you. Thank you for opening your lively snug up to us!

    Fabulous and well appointed. Quiet and intimate restaurants, shops and access to everything essential to see and enjoy. Highly recommend. Would stay again.

    Great apartment for 4 adults!

    Very nice stay overall with plenty of room for our group of four adults. It does sit overtop of a bar/restaurant and across the street from a (very good) pub. In early May, the noise wasn't too bad but there were some late night noises to go along with some early morning traffic noise. As it gets toward summer and busy season, we could see that being more noisy. It is hard to sleep too late though since the sun rises so early. It is an easy walk to get to the center of things but can be quite a walk to get to an area like Holyrood and Arthur's Seat. Sometimes we walked, once we took a cab to save time. Kitchen has everything you need although we didn't cook much besides toast as we were out and about pretty early each day.Maciej (host) was great! Extremely nice and polite and very communicative. He proivded a welcome basket too. We had a smoke alarm chirp one morning. I let him know I took it down and he came to replace the battery mid morning. You will need to keep in mind that there is a single bathroom with tub/shower which can sometimes get tricky on timing in the mornings. Water pressure was great though. One of the things we all noticed was how great the water was not just here but all over Scotland. We're used to hard water but this water is nothing like that and it just tastes better. Seems weird to comment on but we all noticed it. It was very warm so recommend having varued options for bedding (thin options vs. a single winter-grade blanket.) Great stay overall

    Ideal apartment for a family stay

    This apartment was ideal for our family, having all we needed and is located close to the centre of Edinburgh. The host was proactive with communication and was very helpful in making arrangements ahead of our arrival. The check-in arrangements worked well and were straightforward. The apartment is attractive inside and made for a very comfortable stay for our family.

    Superb apartment in central Edinburgh.

    Apartment was very clean and spacious. One of the few with a king sized bed. Main tourist attractions within walking distance. Great pub across the road and wine bar next door. Host was excellent communicator and provided all the food basics and some special treats too. Highly recommended.

    Een geweldige locatie en een hele vriendelijke eigenaar. Reageerde snel op berichten. Het huisje was prima. Het enige probleem was dat de bank niet geschikt is voor 2 personen. Dus voor 6 volwassen personen is het niet fijn. Maar verder zou ik het zeker aanraden!

    A large apartment ideally situated close to Princes Street and the castle. Great communication from the owner. Probably not best suited for anyone with mobility issues. Some minor maintenance issues but these did not affect our stay and the owner is to resolve.

    Great location and lovely place.

    The location was super great. Everything was walkable Edinburgh Castle, the Royal mile plus amazing food and bars all next-door. If I’m ever in the area again I’m definitely going to be staying here.

    Great location and great host

    We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful flat on our recent stay in Edinburgh. The location was perfect, a short walk to old town to take in all the events going on during Fringe but tucked just far enough out that we were able to get a sound sleep. LOCATION: The street it is located on has the cutest shops and restaurants including a fantastic little wine bar below, a bustling cafĂ© we grabbed breakfast at and a little wine shop and deli for some evening snacks and drinks. If we were staying longer we would have also popped into the florist. There was a Sainsbury’s local right around the corner for basics. There is a tram stop a very quick 2 minute walk from the front door. FLAT: The flat itself is gorgeous and filled with natural light, it is beautifully and comfortably decorated, we loved the large-scale artwork, it felt like we were staying in a boutique hotel. It was also very clean and fresh. The shower was clean with excellent pressure, and the nice deep bathtub would have made a great spot to relax, if there had been time. The beds were very comfortable, especially after a long day of exploring the city. Having a washing machine and a dishwasher were appreciated features, the last thing I want to do on a vacation is wash dishes and the washing machine was an excellent feature for us on a multi-city tour. There were also tons of interesting titles to read and games to play if you’re looking to spend more time in the flat during your visit to Edinburgh.

    Our apartment was bright and airy. We were greated with fresh cut flowers, bread, milk and butter-nice treat. Our beds were clean and comfortable. Our stay was for four nights. Our apartment was very close to all of the downtown Edinburgh attractions. A two minute walk to the tram.
