The boiler failed the first night we were there. We contacted Joivi early in the morning. There wasn’t any heat or hot water. We had to contact them constantly, they never kept us informed. They did not have it fixed that day, although they kept saying it would be. Finally at 10:00 pm the offered a space heater. Still no hot water. The next day we kept on having to reach out for status updates. They did get it fixed, finally. We never felt like getting the heat and hot water restored were a priority. There were black spots on the sink and bathtub in the bathroom. This didn’t feel very sanitary.
