Très bon hôtel, bien placé
un point négatif : les appartements devraient être vérifiés avant de mettre des client dedans : chauffage en panne (15 degré dans l'appartement) et 5 ampoules HS que j ai moi même ramené à l’accueil. Changement d'appartement , encore des ampoules HS et un radiateur HS....

Big Apartment
The experience was great overall with a few downers. Pretty much everything was great but our apartment, #6, master bedroom, was right by the pub. On Saturday night, it was loud with people yelling at the top our their lungs. Not the Hotels fault, but if you get apartment#6, be prepared for not sleeping until 1am. Second downer, was my wife hurt her finger and asked for a bandaid. Staff offered to help but mentioned there would be "extensive" paperwork to fill out and made it obvious she wasnt too enthusistic about it. We couldnt set the temperature in the apartment. Last one, the apartment was great but upon closer look, the walls are all scuffed up. IT could use a good scrub or repaint. Not a huge deal but this is a nice hotel and I would expect a little more in terms of polish.

accueil formidable , très bel endroit au milieu de la vieille ville tout en étant dans une jolie cours . Le service de concierges très à l'écoute . les appartements de grande taille et avec tout le nécessaire . Par contre appartement 38 et tous ceux de ce côté , chambre bruyante car le long d'une petite rue avec escaliers qui est très fréquentée le soir et très bruyante . Pensez a prendre des " ear plugs " ........ Trop de lumière également .

Nous étions là pour visiter Ediinburg, depuis l'hotel, tout peut se faire à pied. Proche de la gare ( 5 minutes à pied) qui a un lien direct avec l'aéroport.

Appart' Hôtel très confortable et idéalement situé
Très joli appart'hôtel avec une belle vue sur New Town à proximité de tous les centres d'intérêts de la ville et des navettes pour relier l'aéroport mais à l'écart du bruit de la rue car en retrait. Personnel accueillant. Logement bien équipé et joliment décoré. A noter pour les personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer : nombreuses marches d'escaliers pour accéder jusqu'à l'hôtel.

Excellent room in great location right in the middle of the Golden Mile. Also excellent reasonably priced restaurant where we had breakfast and dinner. We faced the Golden mile and sound was completely insulated. Use their app where you can chat with them during your stay Very friendly staff

Stayed in the townhouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The townhouse was beautiful AND comfortable. The unit had a combo washer/dryer and a full kitchen. One thing to keep in mind, the unit has 3 levels and lots of steps. Local tours meet right outside your windows but it is kind of fun to listen to the stories. The staff was phenomenal. Went above and beyond in helping us celebrate our 30th Anniversary.

We had an excellent stay at Cheval Old Town Chambers. The area around the hotel is safe and convenient - it's location is perfect for exploring Edinburgh. The accommodations were perfect - a full kitchen and in-room laundry was very helpful. The staff were particularly great - very friendly and helpful.

The appartment has everything you can wish for. The location is the absolute best. Close to all the greatness Edinburgh has to offer. There is a supermarket in walking distance. The personnel is friendly, funny and very helpful. I could t have wished for more

Love this place!! This hotel is absolutely a dream come true. It was our second time staying at the Old Town Chambers. We loved our stay so much the first time that we knew we wanted to come back for our honeymoon. It's honestly my favorite hotel that I've ever stayed at in any location. To begin with, all the rooms are apartments. Each apartment is beautifully decorated with everything you could need while traveling (stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, etc.). The apartments are gorgeously designed & make you feel at home instantly. The beds are super comfy & the showers have great water pressure. Very relaxing. The hotel is right in the heart of Old Town. It takes 2-minutes to walk to restaurants, shops, and cafes. If you're in town for Hogmanay, the hotel's location is absolutely perfect. It took us less than 5-minutes to walk to any of the New Year's Eve celebrations. The hotel amenities are also fantastic. They have a gym, beautiful restaurant right by the lobby, & give you very generous portions of shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The staff are also very kind, thoughtful, & helpful. They gave us tons of great recommendations for restaurants & places to go, & they wrote us a handwritten welcome note. Overall, we adored our stay & highly recommend this hotel to travelers. It's truly the best. When I think of a happy place I think of our time at this hotel & the happy memories my partner & I made during our visit to Scotland. This hotel is very special.

Perfect location close to weaverly train station, right off the Royal Mile and easy access / walkable to most sites. The stairs could be problematic but mostly avoidable if needed. Would recommend and return. The restaurant connected to the lobby offered a delicious breakfast.

Well-located and beautifully appointed suites.
The Cheval Old Town Chambers was where we were staying on the last leg of two weeks in Scotland. The location was perfect for walking everywhere we needed to be in Edinburgh, the two bedroom suite was well appointed and beautiful and the staff was helpful and friendly. We arrived at night and were staying in a separate part of the hotel which included using stairs with our luggage - but Oliver on the front desk assisted us and made it easy. Highly recommend this hotel.
