The tourist tax is included in the nightly rate. There is nothing further to pay on arrival.

At checkout we charge a £30 damage waiver per reservation that will cover any accidental damage up to £500.


To protect the property and be good neighbours, we use a Minut monitoring device inside the apartment. It measures sound levels and occupancy only, it does not record audio and cannot listen to conversations. It also detects the sound of a smoke alarm, so we can respond quickly if something is wrong while you are out. You will only hear from us if sound levels stay high for a sustained period.
We live in a quiet residential street with lovely neighbours and ask that you please treat everyone you meet with respect.

Please don`t smoke inside or within the outside patio as our sons bedroom is just above.

We do not accept parties in our home. We live in a quiet residential area and like to deter anti social noise.

Please report any damages, breakages or spillages to us before you leave. We understand accidents happen.
