Perfect for solo travelers and couples, this cozy space offers the ideal home base for your Edinburgh adventure. Just a short stroll away from Cramond Beach with great transport links into the city center.
Bedroom: Comfortable double bed with fresh linens, plenty of natural light, and ample closet space.
Living Room: Cozy and stylish seating area with a smart TV, ideal for winding down after a day of sightseeing.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, including a fridge, stove, oven and microwave, for all your cooking needs.
Bathroom: Sparkling clean with a walk-in shower, fluffy towels, and toiletries provided.
Wi-Fi: High-speed internet to keep you connected.
Whether you're here for a romantic getaway, a solo retreat, or to explore the city's rich history and vibrant culture, you'll find everything you need to feel at home.

Check in / Check out
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
*The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
* Please note there will be a fee for lost keys, £100 and Please note that a fee of £50 will be charged for call-out if you forget the keys inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them.
* A £100 will be applied for late checkout.
* We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there will be there a shop nearby if you need anything additional.
* We love our neighbours so please respect the building and be considerate when it comes to noise levels.
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
