« This was an excellent place to stay. Everything was updated nicely and well-maintained. The location is only a short drive from the beach. The host was quick to respond with any questions, and he left one of the most detailed instruction binders I have ever seen at a VRBO. We would definitely stay here again in the future. »

« The overall cleanliness of the unit was not great. The downstairs unit was very clean but the trash can was full. The upstairs unit was not very clean, had ants in the front bedroom and window sills were pretty dirty. The outside sitting area was not very clean and most of the seating had bird droppings on them. »
