Great Spot to Do the Beach

I have been going to New Smyrna for more than 20 years. If you are the right group with the right plan, this is an excellent property to rent. By the right group, I mean 4 people, probably a couple and a couple of kids. You could do 6 or squeeze in 7, but it is perfect for 4. By the right plan, if you want to do the beach it is a perfect location. It is also conveniently located to get to the great restaurants and other fun stuff in NSB. It is small but it is well appointed and well updated. It's not a place to spend a week hanging out all day in the unit but it is a great base to get into New Smyrna Beach. If my description fits what you are looking for (as it did our group), you won't do better than renting this property. (NOTE: It is on the non-driving part of the beach.)

Perfect location!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location! Very easy access to a non-crowded beach for our little family. There was plenty of parking. The house was superbly clean, beds were very comfortable, and the house was stocked with everything we needed. There was a Dollar General Market very close by to stock up with drinks and snacks. I loved that it had a washer and dryer to get a head-start on vacation laundry. I can’t think of a single negative thing about our experience here.

Don’t Miss This Gem in NSB

We rented Point East for our family’s spring break and we are so glad we made the choice to stay here. This place is convenient to everything and not just the beach. We were in walking distance to the great food spots nearby and enjoyed the Florida Sunshine. Coleman was quick to respond to any request we had and we look forward to coming back again soon.

Great location!

Property was true to listing...owners were great with communication. Rental offers beach towels, bath towels, beach chairs, sand toys and lots of extras which normally don't come with rental making packing easier! Our friends stayed in the lower apartment, making the rental perfect for two families. Also, super easy beach access. With kids, able to go back and forth to the beach easily.

Great honeymoon trip

My wife and I had never been to new Smyrna beach but we loved it. The cute shops and local restaurants were awesome. It’s a quiet place but we still found plenty to do. And we loved the house, super clean and just steps to the beach. Also just a short walk to a beach bar that was amazing. The owners were also super friendly and quick to respond to any of my messages.

Better than advertised. Absolutely perfect.

Property is clean, classy, and top notch. As a vacationer to NSB my entire life, my next trip will be based around availability of this property. As a first time user of VRBO, I was admittedly a bit skeptical. This experience has made me a believer. I would like to personally thank the owners for fair representation of the property and amenities, and making my kids vacation to the beach a happy and memorable one.

Perfect getaway

We stayed here for my moms birthday and absolutely loved it! The place looked just like the pictures - if not better in person and was super clean when we get there! Super close access to the beach and plenty of things to do and places to eat near the property. Coleman and Emily were very responsive if we had any questions and the check in process was super easy. Great place to stay for a family vacation or with friends. We would definitely want to go back and stay again in the future!

Amazing!!

This place was perfect! The location was great, a short walk to the beach and very accessible to places to eat and things to do! It had everything we needed and was so cozy and clean! The shower was great with amazing water pressure. Coleman and Emily supplied everything we needed and then some! Our most favorite of all was the beds and the linens! We slept so good. I slept better here than in my own bed! The sheets were soft and blankets just right! And the pillows!! Oh my!! I would highly recommend and hope to be back again!
