This mountain retreat is perfect for year-round adventures, with easy access to skiing at Powder Mountain, Snowbasin, and Nordic Valley, plus hiking, biking, and Pineview Reservoir. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from your private deck and the comfort of a well-appointed home.

The Space:
This modern retreat is equipped with all the comforts of home.
Living Area: Features an electric fireplace with customizable flame and ember bed colors, perfect for setting the mood while staying warm.
Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, stainless steel appliances, and all necessary utensils and small appliances. Gather around the dining table for meals with friends and family, enjoying spectacular views of the Wasatch Mountains.
Bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom: Located on the main floor, featuring a king-sized bed, dresser, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a double sink and shower.
Guest Bedroom: Offers a queen bed, dresser, and smart TV.
Upstairs Bedroom: Includes two bunk beds (four twin beds), a comfortable living area, dresser, work space, and a large smart TV for streaming or gaming.
Bathrooms:
Primary Ensuite Bathroom: Features a double sink and shower.
Guest/Hall Bathroom: Includes a single sink and bathtub.
Upstairs Bathroom: Equipped with two sinks, a private shower space, and a private toilet space.
Amenities: Three smart TVs, Wi-Fi, a private covered deck/terrace, a cozy living area, and two sofa beds. All necessary linens, towels, and toiletries are provided, along with a washing machine and dryer for personal laundry needs. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and moisturizer are also provided.

Excellent Location / Fantastic Place!

Overall excellent experience - host was friendly, helpful, and responsive and they provided a lot of helpful information about the home and the surrounding local area. Home itself was very stylish, well appointed, and clean - we definitely would recommend it to anyone looking for an great place near Powder Mountain!
