« Great place to relax, from the receptionist’s to the F&B, security all the staff are friendly and polite. I arrived at breakfast when they’d just set up, plenty of choice, teh is very weak and the hot dishes were cold, especially the hash browns. Overall a present stay. »

« The hotel cleanliness is bad, towels, sheets, pillows are dirty. Advertised as free parking but need to pay. The staff offered to pay for the following day but we left early in morning, so we didnt incur any parking charges. Will not stay here again »

« I love the meticulous cleaning crew. They are efficient, gives attention to details (i.e. scrub everything and make sure there is not even a single hair on the floor) and are honest to God. My husband accidentally left his tablet in the room and the cleaning crew brings it to receptionist to keep for us. Luckily my other family members are still staying there and was able to keep it for us but kudos to the cleaning crew for doing an amazing job. »

" a highly disappointing experience during our recent stay at D’Wharf Hotel & Serviced Residence in Port Dickson, booked via your platform. This trip was part of our honeymoon, which made the situation even more upsetting and disappointing. We had booked a Premium Room with sea view and a Queen-size bed on a high floor. However, upon check-in, we were given a room on the 10th floor with a broken window, which allowed heavy rain and extremely loud wind noise to enter the room — making it impossible to rest or feel safe. When we reported the issue to the reception, we were told refunds were not possible, but we were offered a different room on the first floor, which: • Had no sea view, unlike what was advertised and paid for. • Was a room for people with disabilities, which we did not request. • Still had noticeable wind noise (though less than the first room). • And most importantly, the air conditioning was not functioning, forcing us to spend the night in extreme heat, which made the experience even worse. At that point, we clearly no longer had the premium experience we had paid for. We asked for at least a goodwill gesture or partial refund, but the hotel staff told us to contact Expedia directly. "

"De passage à la suite d’un atterrissage, le personnel était aux petits soins et la chambre était niquel. Partant tôt le matin, le personnel nous a préparer un petit déjeuner à emporter. Seul bémol, la climatisation ne soufflait que de l’air chaud. "
