The room was clean, but none of the switches worked for the 3 lamps even though they had switches. It was all wired to the main wall light switch for the room. So 5 bright lamps or no lights at all were the only two options. The toilet made weird loud screeching noises with every flush. There were patches of white unpainted wall that were very noticeable due to the blue paint everywhere else. The hot tub was a good temperature and not overly chemical smelling but there's no directional nozzles on the jets, so water is launched up at your face. Since the bench seat is so low, that means hot water splashing in your eyes and mouth. The pool was supervised and over run with teenagers cannonballing into it. The floor drains cannot keep up with that constant barrage of water and the whole floor was submerged in 3" of standing water, making leaving the area slippery and unsafe. The tap water isn't safe to drink, but they did provide stations for filtered water. The doors don't swing shut on their own, you have to pull your room door shut.
