Whether you`re planning a relaxing family getaway or an adventurous weekend with friends, this home offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

Water access on both sides of the property! Steps down to the creek leads to a lively sandbar - a local favorite for sunning, swimming, and socializing. A separate set of steps takes you directly into a Lake Altoona bay. Beginning Summer 2026 a dock will be available for guest use. Bring a kayak, canoe, or boat, or simply enjoy the beautiful views. Inside, cook up your favorite meals in the cozy kitchen stocked with all the essentials - perfect for delicious meals after a day in the sun. Relax indoors with a good book or movie after your adventures. Dogs (up to 2 per reservation) welcome!

This prime location is only a short drive to Eau Claire or Chippewa Falls for local events, shopping, breweries, wineries, nightlife, and more. Whether you`re exploring downtown or enjoying the outdoors, you`re never far from the action.

Enjoy the best of both worlds: peaceful nature and easy access to town. This lakeside cottage is your ideal home base for all-season adventures, from sunny summer days to homey fall escapes. Easily access the snowmobile trail from the lake in the winter, or enjoy ice fishing as well!

Guests have access to the entire home, besides the basement. Garage is not available for guest use.

Host will be available via phone, email, or text throughout the stay.
