Peaceful Dog Friendly Lakefront Getaway! Newly Renovated w/ Hot Tub!

This peaceful newly renovated 3,000 sqft lakefront property features 1,000 sqft of outdoor decking/patio space, ample onsite parking for your guests, free private access to our kayaks, a propane BBQ grill, hammocks, access to fishing, a private 6 person hot tub, & much more!

The basement / ground floor features two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a family activity room for playing cards, board games, singing karaoke or watching TV, and a game room with ping pong, foosball, PacMan, and arcade basketball.

The house has central ducted heating and cooling A/C year round.

FREE access to our community's shared amenities (pools are seasonal).

Amazing location for writing retreat

Our research team spent 3 nights here and it was absolutely perfect. Enough space and the house had a great layout so people weren't on top of each other. The kitchen and living spaces were also large enough for our big group to convene together. It was also really nice to have the back deck and outdoor spaces for our breaks. Everything was super clean and easy to use. There was a little power outage on the 1st day but we were able to get in touch with Nick very quickly and he was so helpful throughout the stay. We look forward to coming back!

Great house!

House was perfect for a weekend getaway of 8 friends. The deck overlooking the lake is just lovely, living room is big enough for all, huge kitchen/dining space makes it a pleasure to cook together. Our only request would be to add a few more coffee cups. Special shout out to property manager Nick for being so attentive and helpful in all communication!

Great stay!

We recently stayed for a weekend with two families and this house was perfect! Nicely updated and the house layout was ideal for each family to have a "wing" to retreat to. Lots of activities for the kids between the game room, hot tub and areas to explore on the property. Mattresses are comfy and sheets are nice. Just a heads up, bath towels are provided but wash clothes and hand towels are not (at least not any we could find!). Great location for Camelback access. Responsive owner and clear communication including very reasonable check out instructions. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Lake home in quiet neighborhood

Large house right on a small lake in a gated community. Community offers tennis, pickleball, volleyball and basketball courts as well as 2 swimming pools and a small beach with lake swimming. House was well appointed with very comfy beds and so much space. Our family of 10 fit perfectly with room for more. Loved the outdoor space. So many restaurant and shopping options 15 minutes away.

Rocky start, but great time overall

The property is beautiful, with all the comforts of home. We had a relaxing time, and the owner is genuinely helpful and wants you to enjoy your stay. We had a rocky start with getting into the community, as the gate guards are awful and rude, so be sure to confirm with the owner that your information is with the guards under the correct property address before you arrive!

Great lake house

Overall, the property was as described in the listing. There was plenty of room for our group of 8 adults. The kitchen was well supplied and had everything we needed. It rained for the whole time we were there so unfortunately, we didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit or lake. Our only complaints were that the shower in the upstairs bathroom didn’t drain well so there was standing water up to your ankles and the basement rooms were a bit musty smelling.

Kid enjoyed time on hammocks, paddling the kayaks, and playing foozeball. Also enjoyed the Penn Estates game room. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The house is on a small pond, not good for swimming but good for kayaking. There is a lake for swimming a short drive or walk away. The house is pleasent and clean but could use some maintence - for example, the outdoor picnic table has a rotten spot, and the lights in the living room flickered, indicating a possible electrical issue.

We had a great stay at Nick's property. Everything was as advertised, with even more space than we imagined. Great location and space for our group with responsive owner

Nick was excellent as an owner and communicated very well throughout the entire process. The space suited our holiday gathering with three families, including 5 teenage boys. Some glitches took away from the experience like the hot tub not fully heating (they quickly tried to fix), need for a few more kitchen items for larger dinners, and I recommend it should be mentioned the fireplace inside, seen in the photos, doesn't work (may just be a safety concern which I respect, but should be mentioned). Still, Nick deserves 5 stars for his responsiveness and we would stay here again.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Nick's home! The house was accurate to the listing and provided my group with lots of space and entertainment to make our stay very comfortable and fun! We especially enjoyed the hot tub, game room, and being able to gather all together in the spacious living room & kitchen. I really appreciated Nick's responsiveness to any questions I had. Wonderful Stay!

Great House! Pictures are accurate. Lots to do in the house for a family with pre teens and teens between karaoke, game room with ping ping, basketball & pac man arcade. Loved having a cup of coffee in the morning and being able to see the lake from the living room . There is also a jacuzzi and fire pit. Linens and towels are provided which make it even easier for a relaxing stay. Owner was very responsive with any questions. Definitely a great spot.

A Great Get-A-Way

The house & property were perfect for my family of 9. We enjoyed EVERY element of it. Some nice fish were caught & released. Tons of animals entertained us nature lovers and we were even graced with a bald eagle for 10 minutes , sitting regally on a large branch, his flight captured on video! We used the great fire pit nightly, and the hot tub was super! The kitchen was large & enabled all to gather round at the same time. The game room entertained us for hours as the kids made up tournaments. We played cards at the fabulous poker table every night! The beds were super comfy and the hosts were so accommodating. (When I asked Nick if there happened to be a hand mixer there or should I bring mine, one from Amazon awaited us when we arrived! Thank you Nick & Laura An A+ place!
