« Overall it was a decent stay. The code to get into the main bustling did not work for us so we had to call. On the 2nd and 3rd night of our stay, the fire alarms kept going off because people were smoking weed in the stairwells. The hallways overwhelmingly smelt of weed, however when the maids came to clean certain rooms, it took the smell out. We also had, I think a homeless person, get into the husking and was screaming in the stairwell one of the nights. »

« The actual apartment itself was fine. A bit tight but fine. The greatest concern was the trash that was on the roof right outside my patio. Which made you not want to sit on the patio. The other concern I had was the difficulty I had getting in touch with anyone to help or answer questions. I shouldn't have to play email-tag in order to get help. A.so, why does a representative not ,ive at or near the property? If you need more towels or theres other concerns, how do you handle that? Finally, ...

"Everything was perfect! I especially loved the room decor — elegant, stylish, and beautifully renovated. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout my stay. The location is also fantastic, just steps away from several subway lines, with plenty of great restaurants nearby, in a neighborhood that feels very safe. I had a wonderful stay and would happily come back!"

"Localisation et literie parfaites. Chambre vieillotte vs photos, mais spacieuse. Rapport qualité / prix correct semble t-il pour NYC. En revanche aucun des avantages du programme Fidélité Expedia / Hôtels.com ne m'ont été donné. Même pas une bouteille d'eau alors ou des fontaines, ce qui est et devrait être la base dans chaque chambre. Alors que j'aurai dû avoir des boissons offertes. Pas grave mais de l'eau au moins aurait été bienvenue."

"Un hôtel extrêmement accueillant et très bien équipé, où l’on se sent tout de suite à l'aise grâce à un service personnalisé et un personnel toujours à l'écoute. On y retrouve pleinement la chaleur et le savoir-faire de l’accueil new-yorkais. Une très belle expérience, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !"
