Extremely roomy, good wifi, a welcome cake and Shortbread, the grounds are really nice, even has a table and chairs to sit under the trees in, only 10 minutes drive from Berwick, loved it. »

« Good for family (2 adults, 4 kids). Good location, 30 minute walk or 10-15 minute bus ride to the city centre. Clean apartment, some initial struggle with the front door key ‘technique’ but the video was helpful, could’ve done with a few more kitchen utensils / oven trays for self catering. Overall good, would stay again. »

« The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary milk, bread, jam and tea at the property as well as a welcome note and small reference manual for our stay. Of particular note were the sunrise and sunset ocean views both from the property itself and on the half-mile walk from the property to the train station. If you take the train from Edinburgh to Kinghorn in the evening, you might catch the sunset over the bridge- Gorgeous! We had a lovely time...

« We cannot fault it! It felt like home away from home. Great communication, the kitchen has everything you need to cook any meal. The beds are comfortable and the heating system was great making our sleep great even though we had -1 degree at outside overnight. The cottage is a 3 minutes stroll from Melrose Square where you’ll find cafes, restaurants and shops and about 10 from Melrose Abbey. We’d definitely stay again and recommend to anyone staying in Melrose »

« This is a very nice property ideal for a large family or maybe 3 couples. Three fishermen cottages from the mid-1700s have been converted to make this spectacular house with incredible views over the Firth of Forth. It has been tastefully renovated and is well equipped. We were there with 7 people, two children 4 & 7, one young adult, and two couples. It worked very well for us. The only slightly negative thing I had to say was the loft room has a toilet but no shower and the kitchen area was...
