The room was modern and has great amenities. However, I found a hair in my bedding and a royal honey wrapper folded in the towel in my bathroom. The people on the floor beneath us were outside of the room talking and drinking till 2am. Traffic noise is loud. And the AC wasn't working well, I doubt it got much colder than 70.

Was given a king room and when we arrived the lock on the automatic door was broken so it would lock and unlock every minute or so. When we asked for another room we were told they only had double beds available which wouldn’t work for two people at the price we were paying. When we told we were leaving and requested a refund we were told only the manager could approve that and now they had a king room available but it was marked as not clean in their system. We said we didn’t feel comfortable staying in a room marked unclean and left. I’ve now called the manager 3 times for a refund and he hasn’t returned my calls. Do not recommend, horrible customer service.

Staff was great! Friendly and helpful. Check went well. Rooms were comfortable and for the most part clean. I was in the bathroom and noticed the dirty walls but other than that the room was pretty clean. Bedding was comfortably and clean. Overall we had a great stay while we were in town for two nights. If we are back in town, I would stay here again.

Everything was great. Very clean, very comfortable beds. The young lady that was at the desk when i checked in in the evening was incredibly nice and informative. The young lady who checked me out was just as pleasant and accommodating. The only slight negative was the noise from other rooms outside. Not the staffs fault by any means just the building could maybe use a slight update for a little padding in the walls. If I'm ever near here again i will definitely be staying here again.

Check in was quick and easy. Air amd Heating unitvin room was loud and only worked intermittently. Had to unplug it everytime I wanted it to stop.

Very Dirty Room- Gross- had to clean before I could stay here - was not able to move hotels Front Desk not able to refund money until GM returned on Monday. Expedia- online helping to support issue

This hotel was okay. It was cheap and had what we needed (microwave, fridge, etc). They had limited breakfast options but it was nice they had breakfast in general. They had very helpful employees and a little store of basics like snacks, medicene, and more. I would stay here again if we were going to East Lansing again.

I didn't like having a used toilet paper roll in the room upon entry and the staff dragging their feet about checking me in at 3:18 am despite having charged my card for my reservation not even half an hour prior.
