« This worked out well for me. I was in town for a 3-day convention at the GRB. The total cost here was about what 1 night cost downtown and I avoided the $45/day parking. I used the nearby Leeland/Third Ward MetroRail station which is 2 stops from the GRB. There is a concrete slab from a torn down building that I used to park next to the station. I had no problem parking on the street while staying at the Green Tiny House. Though it is not listed in the property amenities, there was a coffee...

« I enjoyed the bungalow, its condition, and the location. You were very prompt in fixing the washer and dryer issues but I was concerned that the carbon monoxide problem wasn’t addressed. I brought my concerns to the fire department that initially found hot spots of carbon monoxide in the bungalow. After that find I was the only one staying at the bungalow with the furnace turned off and windows open. »

« This is perfect place to host my family for Thanksgiving, it was spacious, clean, and easy to navigate to. There was plenty of parking and the self check in was seamless. Also, property management was super easy to get in touch with very responsive via chat! I definitely want to book again for Christmas! Thanks again! »
