« Great space overall. The hot tub was listed but not actually operational. Didn’t realize the property was lived in by the owner which we realized when all the dresser drawers in the master bedroom had clothes in them and his personal items were in the bathroom. Would recommend providing some empty drawers for use as there were no drawers and no closet available in the master bedroom. Also recommend removing all personal food from the fridge and freezer. Or at least making a comment about items...

« There were alot of instructions to gain access. Overall it worked out. Not sure who the cleaners were but the place did not look as if anyone had done a deep clean in a few months. The carpet looked as if someone had put cigarettes out on it. The baseboards and windowsills had dirt and dust. There was still decor from Halloween. The bathrooms looked dirty. « Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. They told us to use kitchen paper towels as toilet paper and did not respond to all the burned out light bulbs. We woke up every morning with the apartment hot and stuffy. « Great location, close to the convention center. Nice neighborhood to walk downtown to. Restaurants were also within walking distance. Very limited parking around the property, on a first come first served basis. »

« Garage parking, especially elevator lobby at G2 level is extremely dirty. Common corridor has ventilation issues with strong cooking odors. The carpet is brown color and bed sheet is dark purple... Also, the shower head has a very low water pressure, probably due to calcium build-up. On the positive side, the apartment has a great location, the security garage gate and door open app, Gatewise works great. Host service is very helpful. »
