« The room was clean. The need and pillows were comfortable. The shower was great! The only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the parking. It would be great if there was access to the parking garage. I have a lot of medical equipment I travel with. Hauling it two blocks want fun. If I only traveled with a backpack or light suitcase, it would be much simpler. »

Though we didn’t realize from the listing that it’s actually on the 3rd floor with no elevator, only stairs, we had no issues. The location was fantastic! « The location was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. We were less than 10 minutes away from Herman park and the Museum district. The neighborhood was lovely and peaceful. Max, was one of the most responsive hosts I have ever had in my 10+ years of using this and the other similar website for vacation rentals. We had a few issues upon check in with kitchen appliances not working properly. Max was immediately responsive and provided workable solutions within 1 hour and had the issues...

« Check-in was easy, host responded timely, cozy living space. Gated community, next door to Target and other shopping places and restaurants! Very close to NRG Stadium! »

« Nice property however it’s very hard to get in the front door. Also, it was several minor things that was wrong with the property water pressure in all bathrooms was very low dishwasher had a very weird smell. The ice coming from the fridge had a very weird taste the couch in the front room horrible also the smell throughout the house was a very strong urine smell very minimum towels other than those minor things it was fine. »
