It was not clean, the shower was clogged and water pooled in the tub. The sign on the front desk said all rooms would be cleaned on Saturday and ours was not. When I called for new towels they said we had to make an appointment to have the room cleaned... although it was Saturday. We arrived on Fri. night and part of our party was already in the room. We asked for a second key and it was immediately give to us -- we were never asked for id or even our name, just what room and the key was given to us -- how unsafe is that??? We blocked the door with a suitcase when we got in just in case they gave another key to our room to anyone.

The room had hair in the bathtub The main lobby lady’s bathroom was dirty and a mess The samples in room of shampoo conditioner not enough to wash your hair The free bkfst are had no Splenda for coffee During the night the hallway adjoining rooms were noisy Could hear the noise from the Highway behind the hotel. There’s no silencing wall to kill the highway noise

The Staff was professional and friendly. The price was good. I have stayed here long term before and would stay here again. The only thing that bothered me about our room was the smell. The room smelled like stinky feet. I sprayed the entire carpet with Lysol and that made the air in the room nuetralize and smell more normal. Perhaps they need to shampoo the rugs or change the rugs and padding.

I like that the property was close to my family that I was visiting. Breakfast was good. My room walls needed some paint refreshes or proper wipe down especially the bathroom door.

I love the staff here.They make it well worth your hard-earned dollar. Unfortunately, there was a domestic disturbance down the hall, then this morning I woke up to pot aroma outside my door. Breakfast is free, and housekeeping, foodservice are so kind. Eggs yesterday were good, but the prepackaged omelettes are not. I came here with a raging flu and Ramon, the front desk clerk treated me like his own mother. I had called in advance to explain I was too ill to go back to New Haven. When the heat was hard to work he came up and got it going. So nice. The next day, my shower was not issuing cold water.He came up and realized the nozzle had been affixed backwards (hot equals cold). The room itself is top notch. So comfy. Love the tv, view, bed. Manager is also nice and gave a small discount on an additional night, which I needed due to ongoing illness. Virginia, my housekeeper, is a sweetheart and I enjoyed speaking some Spanish with her. Adios!

The room is clean. I wish they will put bottles of water in the refrigerator. Noisy after midnight. People bang on their door too loud. Elevator was dirty with plastic cups when I checked in.

Hotel is old. Walls are very thin. Noisy people in the hallway at 3:00 in the morning. Food was bland. Someone smoking pot in the elevator when we got in it. Would not recommend. One thing was great - the bed. Very comfortable.

It was fine. Nothing fancy. Just decent pricing and a clean room . Quiet. Breakfast was Ok. Eggs not very good, think its a powder mix, but they have decent variety of cereals and breads for toast. But for the price, clean rooms and location it's a good place to stay.

Awful!!!!!!!!
Awful is the way to sum up our stay, we came into town for a last min trip due to a death in thr family and the tiolet was running the bathroom tiles were wet. The tv remote was missing, the bed spreads and comforter were all dirty. The fridge didnt work. We asked for a new room. We finally felt comfortable then the sheets were dirty again my husband went downstairs to ask for a new one and the person behind the desk gave him brand new ones and those were worse than the ones in the room, at this poiny i think they should throw everything away and start fresh. Would never recommend this place.especially if you have little ones. I feel its unsanitary for them.
