« Fabulous house with 5 beds and attached baths, well-equipped kitchen and outdoor propane grill, lots of beach towels and quality beach chairs, plenty of toys for tots, one pack'n play, great location. Beautiful swimming pool though it did require cleaning AFTER we arrived, costing us a day and 3/4 of use...our only cleanliness complaint. Responsive off-site manager David, though communication only through VRBO portal was clumsy...previously we've ALWAYS had direct phone and/or whatsapp contact...

« The property had everything we needed for a beach vacation with our family of four. The area is very quiet and somewhat secluded, the only noise we heard were the roosters, and we saw deer every evening. There are several restaurants and nice beaches close by. The view of the ocean and Buck Island, and the stars at night, is beautiful. Millie and Karl, property managers, were fantastic and so helpful when we ran into issues during our vacation. We hope to return soon! »

« This beachfront home couldn’t be more perfect! The beach was pristine—we loved snorkeling just steps from the ‘back door’. The home is so clean, comfortable, & inviting. Sharifa provided all we needed. House rules/expectations were clearly stated—nothing out of the ordinary & not a heavy load on the morning of checkout. « We (3 couples) stayed in March 2026. I am giving it 3 stars based on a mix of good and bad aspects of our stay. On the plus side, the house has a stunning view. The pool is small but refreshing. « The beach view could not have been any better. Everything we needed was provided to us - snorkeling gear, sun hats, water shoes, floatation devices - you name it. This was, by far, the best vacation we have ever had - and that is all due to this property. Close enough to Fredericksted, Rainbow Beach, and all of the shops but still felt secluded. Getting in and out was very simple and we always felt secure. The deck provided us with a perfect place to conglomerate and the kitchen had everything...
