Nos maisons d'hôte de charme à East End

« Owner did not communicate with me until a message on VRBO at 5:30PM telling me that the apartment was not available. I began reaching out to her using messaging and voice mail at 4 PM to get information on getting into the building and apartment. I did receive a full refund the next day but I can not understand why the owner did not cancel the reservation as soon as they knew that the apartment wasn't available. »

« Check in process was difficult with the batteries on the key box dead, so we were instructed to get a key from the mailbox out front. Host asked us to retrieve packages which were delivered for them. My dad who was staying there couldnt sleep very well with a lot of noise upstairs at night »
