« There were just a horde of bugs on the walls as we came in. Killed a few and they just kept coming. Drywall was peeling off all in and around the bathroom. Immediately was so disgusted I had to leave. Please save your money. »

« The casita and the grounds were amazing. The rooftop lounge area had a wonderful view, the deck around the back was great, the double-sided fireplace was sooo lovely, the shower was terrific. The property is totally unique for the area...like a scene from Jurassic Park or the Jungle Cruise at Disney. Nothing like it in the low mountains. »

« Most horrible experience ever checked into the room with kiosk to top it off. No one was at the hotel at all. We went into the room and found dirty bedsheets, rubbish bed, and beer, bottles and bottles of liquor thrown away and the trash cans, dirty floor, dirty towels, and still took my check in. I would like a refund from this visit and this stay soon as possible. »
