« The Casita was just what we had hoped for. Clean, had all kinds of utensils, plates and glasses. Fridge and Microwave, sinks...nice enough shower and bathroom. Comfortable bed... Best of all, was how quiet and peaceful it was for our whole stay. »

« Very nice back yard casita. Very quiet neighborhood. We didn't have any contact with the owners in the front home. The front of this casita faces the rear living room of the main home which felt somewhat awkward going to and from, but we weren't there much anyway and just used it to sleep in. Everything was as it appeared in the photos except the bed is not a pull down but standard comfortable queen size bed. Both homes and yards appear to maybe recently be redone and its easily the nicest home...

« Overall, this is a great property with good proximity to the Pacific Beach area (far enough away from noisy bars if you prefer).The unit is smaller, but still cozy and well furnished. Fans and A/C come in handy for warmer days - as does the front deck and BBQ grill. Some of the appliances are a little outdated by modern standards, but they still function well when you need them. »

« We were in town for the 4th and a baseball tournament. We absolutely enjoyed our time at the cottage. It had all the amenities we needed and was a short walking distance from the beach and bay area. Perfectly located for shopping and dining. We will definitely be back. »

« Relaxing around the firepit and taking in the SD air! Everything is walking distance. We enjoyed the Water Bar the most which faces the pacific but if you want ocean view make a reservation very romantic watching the sunset. »

« We enjoyed our one week stay at the cottage. It was as pictured, clean and comfortable. The location was excellent - a short walk to the beach and numerous restaurants. Having a dedicated parking spot was a big plus as street parking is at a premium in the area. Stephany was great to deal with - we had a couple of issues over the weekend and she responded right away. »

« Stayed for location to events nearby, and this was a cute stay! The front yard is truly so wonderful!! Fenced in and private from the busier street in front of the house. The flower vines were so pretty also! The kitchen was stacked well and the washer dryer access was nice! In the shared area and deck with the other unit. Communication of something came up was really fast and nice! »
