« The room was dirty. Microwave had food splatters inside, and the outside was also dirty. Their was a broken table in the middle of the room with no chairs. Plumbing pieces laying on the floor under the sink, a choking hazard for little kids. Stains on the couch and desk chair. The TV was really dirty, with a sad attempt to clean it. The bed was as hard as a rock. Bugs in the stairway. We didn't even touch the breakfast, or pool. The restaurant attached to the hotel wasn't even open, looks like...

« Have stayed here before and had good experiences but this time was pretty terrible. The bathroom was dirty, there was a fake nail on the carpet, and there was this loud intermittent vibrating/humming noise ALL night and day. We asked the housekeeper to service our room on the 2nd day since no one did on our first morning but they still didn’t clean it. The breakfast was adequate but the warm food (eggs, sausage, etc) was always just a little too cold to enjoy. »

« It felt clean. However, it was very run down. They also placed a 100$ security deposit on payment card in case of damages. 😏 »

« The pull out sofa is a twin size! These rooms will not fit 6 people. My two young kids couldn’t fit together on the pull out and had to sleep on the floor. »

« The staff was exceptional. Some how Experien had me booked for 0ne night with two rooms but the staff worked it out with out costing me for the extra room. Not sure what happened but the property is top of the line when it comes to staff and cleanliness. »
