« Did not give us new towels , but they brought some up when we called. The staff was always cleaning and working on site though. Hot tub was closed off. The pool area needs some attention but they were working on it. Could really use more parking spots. »

« Great location, but major cleaning issues While the staff was friendly and the location is convenient, I can’t overlook the fact that there were bugs in the lobby and inside my room. It made the entire hotel feel unkempt and poorly maintained. I really wanted to like this place, but I won't be returning until I’m sure the pest issues are resolved. »

« For $150 a night I expected a free breakfast, but it was an additional $13. The DID offer free coffee and fruit, so that was good, and I took advantage of that. Wanted to give a shout out to "Kevin" who was very helpful, pleasant and professional even though I want to the front desk about 5 times with different issues (none were the fault of the hotel). »

« The front desk staff was super nice but unfortunately checked one of the people in our group into a room full of another guests items and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. We also found spots of what looked like blood on the walls and when we crawled into bed the sheets were both stained and had hair on them.
