« Accused of taking towels????? No email no phone call nothing just blind sided when came back to check in 3 days later told i had to pay 35$ for something we did not do. »

« When we arrived, the room hosted a couch that we thought was eaten by a rodent. It's fake leather and we have been told that all furniture suffered from Covid alcohol rubbing for disinfecting. But c'mon, this is a Double Tree and it's 2024, four years after Covid, the brand can afford to replace this, it's not a Motel 6. So now way, not up to Hilton standards. »

« When I checked in they seemed friendly, the few requests I had, the manager was rude and seemed put out. They are very strict on towels and smiles. The staff and many residents are on continual smoke breaks. I checked out a day early due to how uncomfortable the bed was and Steve the smoker employee intentionally hid the luggage carts so I had to move everything to the car by hand. I will never stay there again and I suggest you don’t either! »

« Hôtel bien tenu, très propre, accueil agréable, chambre confortable avec des prestations de qualité, petit déjeuner complet avec des plats chauds cuisinés. Un seul regret, non seulement le parking est payant mais nous avons réglé 3 jours de stationnement pour 2 nuits. Il semble donc que l'on nous fasse payer le jour d'arrivée ainsi que celui du départ. »

« Accueil beaucoup trop long (près de 30 mn et 1 seul personne à l'accueil) indigne d'un hôtel de ce standing. Pour le reste on retrouve toutes les qualités des Hampton Inn (belles chambre bien équipée, climatisation assez silencieuse, bon WIFI, très bon petit-déjeuner...). A noter que la piscine était hors d'usage mais on pouvait utliser celle du Sheraton voisin. A noter l'efficacité de la navette pour l'aéroport. »

« Always staying there before flying back home. Spent 4 nights and as always very comfy and spacious rooms. The place is also conveniently located at a MAX tram station if you want to skip the traffic when going downtown. 5th stay, always fine. Will return. »

« Hôtel bien rénové mais bruyant si vous donnez sur la route. J'avais demandé une chambre au calme bien longtemps à l'avance j'ai eu une chambre au dessus de l'accueil et face aux ascenseurs, c'est à dire tout sauf calme. Petit déjeuner sans plus. Manque vite de produits et se termine à 9h00. Quartier assez sécuritaire malgré tout. »
