Start your next adventure at The Hive at Addison Farms! Upon arrival, you will be greeted with an incredible, picturesque view of Saluda Lake. This carefully designed romantic retreat is the ultimate getaway to unwind, reconnect, and relax. The Hive is conveniently located less than 20 mins. from Downtown Greenville, making it the perfect destination for a secluded weekend away, yet close enough to explore the wonderful places and activities in Upstate, SC.

About The Hive:
With a roll-up garage door in every room, you will have an unobstructed view of the lake no matter where you are. The living space is serene and neutral, filled with natural light. In the bedroom, you will find a king bed, Smart TV, blackout shades, and a sliding screen door.

The full bath is truly one-of-a-kind, with a roll-up garage door in the walk-in shower that leads out to 2 private soaker tubs on the deck. This spa-like experience is the ultimate place to relax.

Added comforts include bath caddy trays, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bubble bath soap, bath salts, body lotion, and 2 plush robes.

The full-service kitchenette features include an indoor/outdoor bar top, coffee machine, local coffee beans, a variety of teas, cream, sugar/Splenda, and honey generously provided by the honeybees that call Addison Farms home.

The outdoor amenities are just as spectacular. There is a large deck offering lounge furniture, a fire pit, and bar seating, as well as a private dock which is the perfect spot for both sunbathing and stargazing. Kayaks and paddleboards are also available to explore beautiful Saluda Lake.

Step into the world of life on a hobby farm, all while enjoying the relaxation and luxury of lakefront living. With over 200 feet of private lake frontage, guests will get to enjoy expansive water views from every room and a private dock with access to kayaks and paddleboards. The Hive is tucked away in a private 2-acre section of our quaint hobby farm where you will be able to explore the property, meet our rescue animals, and harvest fresh flowers and vegetables from the garden (when in season).

Getting to Know Addison Farms – Home of The Hive:

Addison Farms is a 14-acre hobby farm that provides rescue animals with their forever home. AF is conveniently located close to many cities in the Upstate, as well as a wide variety of outdoor activities and adventures. The Hive is tucked away in a private setting on the corner of our property, but we encourage guests to explore and reconnect with the outdoors by strolling through the garden, spending time with our rescue animals, and enjoying your morning coffee or happy hour at one of our several seating areas located throughout the property. No matter the season, there is always something to do, and The Hive is the ideal home base for exploring the vast beauty of this special place!

• Please drive slowly and carefully when entering and exiting the property. Maddy and Drew’s dogs, Monte and Tully are often outside with them throughout the day.
• The Hive is located at the end of a long, shared gravel driveway. While accessible by most vehicles, the host can make alternative arrangements if you do not feel comfortable driving down to the parking area. Please be courteous of neighbors and animals and take your time when entering and exiting the property.

• Private parking pad is located ~75 yards from The Hive. Guests will follow an incline walking path of stone steps and pavers to access The Hive. Please pack accordingly.
• The Hive is 350 square feet with limited storage. Please pack accordingly. There is not an enclosed closet area.
• The Hive enjoys over 2 acres of privacy on the corner of our personal residence and Hobby Farm. You will feel completely secluded, but owners, Maddy & Drew, live on the property and are available if needed; otherwise, you have the place to yourself!
• Addison Farms is a working farm, you may occasionally see Maddy and Drew around the farm working in the garden, mowing the pastures, or taking care of the animals. Farming is seasonal and farm-related amenities vary based on the time of the year.

You MUST Stay Here! Best Renting Experience EVER!

Want to feel pampered, appreciated, feel like you're living the lavish, high life, all while feeling far away from real world stresses? This is the perfect stay for you. Don't let the images fool you, The Hive is surprisingly spacious and has so much to discover. The communication with the owners was incredible and the amities available are worth the stay alone. My wife and I were already discussing our next visit back before the first night even ended. I cannot recommend staying here enough. Seriously. You have to go.

Fantastic little getaway

What a fantastic place to book! We were celebrating our anniversary - everything was clean and orderly, we didn’t need for anything. Things we didn’t think to bring were already there (makeup remover etc) it was an overall fantastic stay under the stars. Peaceful, quiet, relaxing and fishing all in one! We WILL be booking again!! Highly recommend

The most peaceful, wonderful getaway place!

I loved every minute of my 3-day stay! The view of the lake was wonderful. I have always wanted to stay in a Tiny House, and this was was so well-appointed that I couldn't believe it. The owner was terrific and so helpful. If you want a beautiful, serene, quiet getaway, this is the place! You will not be disappointed!
