"Dollar II" Lakefront Retreat is perfect for larger groups or two families. This beautiful lake home is situated on Dollar Lake in Eagle River. It boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 living spaces (one up, one down and each with a large smart TV), a large dining room with deck access and views to the lake, a screened-in porch, and a walk-out lower level - all on an open and wooded landscape. Bring your kayaks or paddle boards to enjoy time on the lake right out the door! The lakefront also has a firepit with seating - make s'mores and listen to the loons calling while enjoying the tranquility of the Northwoods. The deck has seating and a grill, and the foosball table is located in the garage.

DOG FRIENDLY:
This home is dog-friendly, so enjoy your vacation with your furry friend! We allow up to 2 dogs for $40/day (a maximum of $250 per stay). Just select the pet option when booking your stay. Pets MUST be crated if left alone. NO EXCEPTIONS. Guests are responsible for their pets while on the property, including any damage caused by them.

LAKES:
Dollar Lake is a 107-acre full-recreation lake known for fishing panfish, largemouth bass, and northern pike. It is also home to the Pond Hockey Tournament and the Subaru Winter Driving Experience. This home is near boat launches on the 28 Chain of Lakes, but there are no public boat launches on Dollar Lake.

THE AREA:
Dollar II is located on Dollar Lake, just a few minutes from Downtown Eagle River, the Eagle River Sports Arena, Eagle Falls Adventure Golf & Laser Tag, and Chanticleer Inn. Officially recognized as the Snowmobile Capital of the World, Eagle River is a haven for winter sports enthusiasts with a massive network of off-road trails to explore and recreation facilities galore. Situated in the heart of Wisconsin's 28 Chain of Lakes region, endless ways exist to enjoy time out on the water. Packed with small-town charm, downtown Eagle River offers many shops and restaurants to explore close to home.

GOOD TO KNOW:

CANCELLATION POLICY:
At Vacation Rental Collective, we understand the importance of flexibility for travelers when it comes to cancellations. Travelers are subject to the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking platform on which they made their reservation. Guests are encouraged to review the cancellation terms and conditions provided by the booking platform at the time of booking and familiarize themselves with the specific terms and conditions applicable to their reservation. For example, if booking through Airbnb, VRBO, , and other similar OTA sites.

When booking directly through us on our Vacation Rental Collective website a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
