L aspect de la maison a l arrivee laisse a desirer. La chambre et la salle de bain ne sont pas au top (decoration a revoir)
Par contre les hotes sont sympathiques le petit dejeuner parfait

« Wow what a transformation Imperial Hotel has had.
So impressive love the new design of the hotel it is so modern and so bright. So comfortable the new beds, fab decoration in the room, so clean, amazing shower and a huge HD interactive television. Also loved the Welsh cakes, cans of Welsh water, Welsh coffee and quality tea selection. As usual the staff are amazing especially the receptionist. We will definitely stay again. »
